I called Clive as I thought we had a minor issue. He visited promptly and was professional throughout. After inspection, Clive didn’t feel the need to deal with the problem as it was very minor and advised us on what to do, and saved us money in the long run. Very professional and honest! Would definitely recommend.

Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. In addition to the regular visits and responding quickly to any queries we've had he has also offered up advice on how best to approach anything we've found even if it's not to his benefit. If you need anything pest-related dealt with we really couldn't recommend Clive enough.

Despite it being Easter Sunday, Clive responded promptly to my email query regarding a wasp problem & offered to come out the following day (a bank holiday). Great customer service and friendly in his approach. He arrived on time and dealt with the issue in a professional & efficient manner. Great service at a very reasonable price.

BFG were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would highly recommend. Clive was reliable, professional,extremely helpful and patient. He visited daily to eradicate our rodents from inside our cavity walls. Amazing service, I wouldn't consider using anyone else if I ever needed to in the future.
