Came to treat a wasps nest. Came back free of charge for a follow up appointment as a couple of wasps came back. Excellent communication, very prompt, will use again in future if required! Highly recommended.

Came out to wasp nest in our loft. Explained how the nest would now naturally be dying and that within the next two weeks the wasps would be gone. If the nest was treated we would still see activity for a few days so suggested we saved our money and leave nature to take its course. Thanks for your advice.

Contacted D&M and got a text message reply saying they would message me an appointment later. Thought "yeh here we go another company that won't contact me back". We'll how surprised was I when I got a text appointment and even better they arrived when they said. On arrival the guy spoke clearly told me what they would do and why and then so surprising, they did it. This was the easiest contractor appointment I've had. I work in the construction industry dealing will 1 man band contractors through to large companies this was the nicest and most pleasant experience I've and believe me I have high standards. D&M Pest Control are now in my phone contacts list. And for a wasp problem they didn't sting me, brilliant.
