service well i was ignored for 5 minutes and the food was all just heated by microwaved coffee machine cup £3.25 top price for a machine oh dear
Great coffee nice politely service
Always a very pleasant cup of coffee at Waitrose and the staff couldn't be more helpful. My partner does like a slice of lemon rather than milk with her tea, so it's always a bit of a test to find which cafes will oblige and which ones have staff that just stare blankly back at you. Waitrose staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate her lemon based requirements so well done to them.
Clean with pleasant staff. Delicious coffee & Almond croissant. Thoughtful display of three daily newspapers
Nice coffee and usually not too crowded. Limited selection of cakes and pastries but always fresh. Recently redecorated in calming colours. Opens onto to the supermarket, can be a bit noisy. Free newspapers and Wi-fi. Pleasant staff.
