Cafe Lya is my new favourite place. I'm fairly new to Putney/Fulham area and I popped in one morning on my way to work and met the friendly owner who kindly let me use the toilet. I'm now back here again, currently sitting at the table and enjoying a delicious coffee. There is no music inside and it's very quiet, which is perfect for me as I'm very sensitive to sounds and loud voices, particularly in the morning. The view from the window portrays people walking to the tube and the characteristic London buses arriving and departing. On a rainy day is a very romantic picture. There is also wifi available and it's a perfect place for focussing on whatever you need to do and there are plugs next to most tables. The toilet is very clean and regularly checked. Thanks so much Cafe Lya. I can't wait to come back again for breakfast and try the delicious things on the menu. S x
One of the best place to have breakfast
I accidentally found this café, and I’m so glad I did! The food is amazing—definitely try the panini, it’s delicious. The vibe is cozy and inviting.
Best club sandwich I have ever had in my life! Very highly recommend! Do yourself a favour and try this godly food! Amazing prices!
Not just for its coziness, the kind guy behind the counter didn’t refuse the extra ingredients I asked for in my panini. He was very patient and dedicated to making his customers happy. Needless to say, the panini was crispy and very delicious. Pop in while you wait for your bus and tube. You won’t regret it.
