The food is nice. The staff could be more organised. You have to be observant when you work in a place like a cafe and during quiet times do whatever you can to keep the place neat and tidy so welcoming at the same time. So when more people come in you’re on top of it and I personally think they need to improve in that. It’s annoying when you’ve come to a cafe to get a coffee and a snack and you have to do the housework yourself. The staff is OK but like a cloudy day with defo lack of sunshine. I’m sure you can do better.
No decafe still. I think it's all Costa coffee shops that can't get decafe at the minute. Supplier issues I was told. Has I only drink decafe coffee? It is a bit disappointing. They do have decafe tea. Staff is very friendly and very clean inside.
