Visited here for golf so can't comment on the other facilities. The golf is a 9 hole par 3 course, it's a good layout and not boring with undulating greens and water hazards. As it's a par 3 it only takes around an hour to get round. The pro shop is well stocked and a round costs £15. The driving range has plenty of bays but as it's only 200 yds long not so good if you're a long hitter wanting to practise with a driver or woods. It's £7 for 66 balls. Overall it's a good challenge for all levels and I would happily play here again.

Best service, best coffee and Guiness. The bar staff Ignat& Pedja are professional and very helpfull. Tennis office staff ( Josh, Heeraad & Kieran ) are very kind and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to help with inquiries or any issues.

I was sceptical, because I only had time for 1 X 30 minute lesson before I left for my snowboarding trip (due to how popular they are here and how late I left booking), and as it's quite pricey, I wondered what they could teach me in 30 minutes. I was very, very impressed! I was coached by Ebony, and she was superb! Very patient, very knowledgeable and had a great teaching technique. I am thrilled that I came here. Well worth the money, they really crammed a lot of learning into the 30 minutes.

So much fun! We went at 2PM and it wasn't very busy at all. The course is short but it isn't gimmicky and not overly challenging so its a cute date. The staff throughout the venue were so kind and helpful and the cocktails from the bar staff were amazing. The carnival area is a lot of fun but it's not really possible to win any significant prizes without spending a really significant amount of extra money on tickets.

The place and atmosphere are amazing. Great for people who are playing mini golf for the first time, but also keep in mind it isn’t a big place - 9 course golf. The arcade games are also fun. The food wasn’t the best, I’d recommend you eat somewhere else, but the cocktails are really nice.

Group booking. Coat room available at the entrance. Very nice pictures on entering, setting up the mood. 90-minute unlimited drink. Good selection of food and drink. Portion size was a bit small. Great table service. Toilets in pristine condition. The 9 holes of crazy golf were fun and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for a group outing.

Had a great time here. Fun course, helpful staff, and a good range of food and drink on offer. The Carnival machines are a fun addition too. Can get a bit congested on the course itself but I would visit again without reservation.

The most amazing trip here! The golf course was so pretty and fun! Some holes were definitely challenging in and it was the perfect balance between easy and difficult. The staff were great and brought over drinks/ cleared away drinks the whole time. Afterwards we had games in the carnival and had so much fun we ended up topping our card over and over again! There is a great selection of food and drink too. Would definitely come again!

We chose to have our wedding reception at Royal Blackheath in April. What an amazing venue we chose! Staff were fantastic throughout the whole process and on the day, the food was superb and we couldn't have asked for more. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you RBGC!

A golf course with a royal status. Wasn't the longest or the most challenging course that I played so far, but it very well maintained. Has a classic club house that server fantastic food. Probably give higher recommend to the restaurant than the course.😅 It's a been there done that course, as it's not easily accessible. (Private course)

Very interesting and challenging course. A stone’s throw from Eltham Palace. Pro shop manager was very friendly and accommodating. Clubhouse was beautiful, and had a fascinating history. I even got a private tour by the facilities director, which included an incredible golf memorabilia museum! I ate in the bar area and enjoyed delicious food and friendly service. Pick up the book on the history of the club, one of the oldest in England.

It's nice to treat yourself to the elegant and stately surroundings for Sunday Lunch. I did feel, however, that it wasn't as good the first time round. The actual roast beef lunch seemed if was of the pre prepared variety that most pub restaurants do. The beef was passable but may have been not freshly carved. The accompanying vegetables were nothing of note. I hope I'm wrong as it's a good venue to eat, albeit a tad on the pricey side, but that's to be expected.

You'll get over the fact you have to wear a red top after you realise the course is in the middle of a public park... Quite annoying really with so many people nonchalantly strolling across the fairway (lots of paths across the course with bikes, prams, dogs, kids etc..). Feels like they should be the ones wearing red so you know who not to hit, most don't understand fore either.. Anyway aside of from the obvious flaws, it's actually a pretty neat course.. An unusual course, short but with long par 3s, no bunkers or water. Most holes are reasonably open off the tee but with enough wood to make it not feel like a field. Would probably play again now that I know what to expect, perhaps a bit steep for £40 a round..

What a gem. Lovely little clubhouse with all the original oak finishings, and a recent revamp has also opened the woods-facing front to attract a bit of coffee and beer trade to earn a bit to keep prices down but really enhances the overall aspect. Mostly its an uncrowded little place where you can grab a pint or a sandwich and keep a locker. It is run on a shoestring and an amazing bargain, yet has real charm, has real antiquity (third oldest in the country) yet is entirely unpretentious. Wimbledon common is an ancient course accessed from either the London Scottish or the WimbledonCommon Club (Their tee 1 is the LSGF 10th). The course is not just parkland but serious woodland. Hit out of bounds and the ball disappears in bracken and under leaves. It is strangely quiet and peaceful, given its proximity to the A3 and Wimbledon traffic. A true haven and an interesting and challenging course with ravines to cross and narrows to manoeuvre. It is a public common however, and modern population pressures means that there are lots of dog walkers and strollers, and one has to wear a fire engine red top to warn of your presence playing. Most of the public are respectful or at least cautious, although some seem to revel in taking their own sweet time or picnic in the middle of a fairway. My first experience was a walker whose very wet dog was rolling over the 17th green causing big ruts as I aproached. The dog then ran up to snatch up my ball as I was putting and ran off with it in its teeth. The owner tossed the ball back from some distance with no apology. At least I got the chewed ball back. That was happily exceptional, most people are considerate although some seem inclined to post nasty reviews, and I am glad that did not deter me from what is a truly lovely bargain priced course. The big advantage of the London Scottish? They are backed by a large parking lot down a quiet lane which also serves the old windmill museum and a very decent snack bar, almost never a problem parking. From the “other side” seriously congested single lanes even just getting to the club house, nowhere to park and endless argie bargie when drivers don’t wish to give way. I am sure they are also lovely people at the Wimbledon Common Club, but I prefer to just park and go, besides the additional charm and welcome from the down to earth Scotts. For the price, so close to central London, London Scottish is to me as good as it gets.

Great driving range, reasonably priced. Club hire is extra if you don’t have your own but at £1 per club you can’t really argue. American Golf on site which is well stocked with friendly helpful staff. this really is an all in one place with a driving range, par 3 course, adventure golf and an Italian restaurant all on the one site. Don’t forget to “check in” your car to get free parking!

Wow, what a lovely course and a great test of golf. On 1st August the whole course was in beautiful condition; tees, fairways and greens. Every hole offers a different challenge. Greens were the best I’ve played this year. As a 13 handicap I’d play it again tomorrow having felt I didn’t do it justice first time around. Visitor green fees with a member are very reasonable.

Attended for a Wake of a close relative. A lovely venue. However the entrance is a bit confusing as it's gated, it took a while to realise there's a line on the ground in front of the gates, and car needed to be near that to allow gates to open. Lovely views from the reception area across the 18th hole and out towards Sidcup/Welling. Nice clean facilities, friendly staff.

Course: Interesting layout, you go back and forth across the road and paths. Walking only course. Not the hardest but overall distances are decent and offer good variety. I still felt it was short overall, but I am a fairly long hitter. But also some pretty challenging holes. Some dog legs and overall great condition when I played. Overall: staff sooo friendly and lent me rentals as I was a visitor. Good price and overall a great place to go. I'd def suggest this one.

What a gem of a course. I'd used almost every club in the bag by hole 6. Great variety of shots required. The greens are superb for the time of year. You need to think your way round, it's not just a case of driver and a wedge.

Course gradient is all over the place, very hilly fairways. Well kept, bit on the pricey side for what it is, buggies and trolleys available to rent. Decent enough driving range with top tracer. Edit: Thanks for replying, we paid £32 each and £25 for a buggy a few weeks back. I've upgraded you to a 4 as I did lose a club which someone handed in and you gave me a call!

We say this each time.... We love playing here, as it's so different and usually so quiet for whatever reasons, so we can take our time, play a few shots again etc. But you really do need to get on top of people not replacing divots or start a divoting regime, before it gets much worse, also same thing with the pitch marks, although there wasn't many people who had played ahead of us.....the amount of pitchmarks we repaired or tried to was ridiculous, again people need educating on this, they shouldn't be allowed to leave such destruction for others, equally the bunkers too.....some really lazy sods out there unfortunately. If I was a greenkeeper here, I'd seriously be watching people and giving them a bollocking, it's disgraceful, laziness unfortunately is becoming more common of the courses...

I had a lovely morning playing The Prince’s course this morning at Richmond Park Golf Course. The staff was very friendly and I was able to hire some clubs. The clubs were a bit old and beat up but I guess that’s to be expected with a public course. They still played fine. The course itself is beautiful with lots of birds and foxes on the course. I landed my ball on the green with a nice pitch shot and this fox darted out of the bushes and tried to steal my ball haha. It was quite comical and a unique experience. Keep an eye out for those sly foxes. Also, bring extra balls because you will lose a bunch unless you have great aim. The rough is extremely thick and dense. While I lost lots a few balls I also found a few so it evened out. Overall a fun course close to London. I’d definitely go back.

The refill station at hole 9 was welcome, and the price of stuff in vending machines is cheap for chocolates etc

Excited about playing a course that I’ve not played in 15 years. The course layout is good, very flat and straight, however bunkers are very well placed and the fairways are mostly undulating so shot selection is key. Course is okish, could be better, however greens are true can be attacked very well. The rough needs work as when a ball lands in it it’s very tough to find them. Staff are very friendly and there is a good beer selection!
