WE asked Titan to quote for the Landscaping to the front and back of our new property based on the job they had carried out for our Daughter and her Partner who gave them a good review. The quote carried out by Phil was comprehensive and based on a plan that we supplied. The quote was comprehensive and laid out in detail each aspect of the design and who would source what(we sourced some difficult to get slabs to match those already on site). My Wife is very particular who works on our house and was pleased with the two main Titan workers Dan and Bo both who were polite, professional and really hard working. Tom oversaw most of the work and was very helpful with suggestions to tweak the design, at each stage both Tom and Phil would just check that the look and feel of the project was to our satisfaction. At the beginning of the project Phil was very quick to point out a problem with the water table causing flooding (see pictures)in the garden that needed a solution both from Titan and the building contractors, because of this we were able to, at this early stage put in drainage that would solve the problem in the short and long term.
The project because of weather issues took probably 7-10 days longer than expected but on completion the project looks fabulous.Thanks in the main to Dan and Bo with Phil and Tom managing the overall job we both can thoroughly recommend Titan who are very professional.From our prospective carried out the work without any stress or worry or as you get sometimes with contractors the head shaking and those dreaded words "oh problems, we didn't expect this"

Phil and Tom came for the initial quote very promptly after showing interest in this job.
We needed a complete overhaul of our 50m sq back garden. It hadn't been updated in over 30 years and consisted of flagstones, old broken fencing and a crumbling wall - a lot to be fixed!
Titan showed nothing but professionalism from the word go... they spent an hour creating a bespoke quote based on our needs and offered sensible, exciting and creative suggestions to ensure we had the garden we dreamed of.
We had a relatively tight budget to work with and the guys at titan provided 3 quotes each with different aspects we could pick and choose from. Once we had accepted the quote they offered they started on site THE NEXT DAY! They showed up every day at 9am sharp and continued to reassure us throughout the job often working until 7.30pm!
During the fencing installation we came up against several unseen issues and the guys were incredible at putting us at ease and fixing the problems swiftly. One day they were unable to get supplies so drove 3 hours round trip to collect for us, this is the kind of thing they do!
They worked above and beyond to create a beautiful practical garden and we couldn't be happier. Very competitive pricing for the work they did and the end result is nothing short of amazing, clearly a very high spec finish throughout. When they needed extra men, they got them in to help out. They arranged all the supplies too.

My parents contacted Titan when they wanted some work doing on their front and rear garden. Tom, Phil and the team have been extremely professional, helpful and reliable throughout and the have worked incredibly hard which wasn't easy due to winter weather conditions. The result is fantastic and we are extremely pleased with how it looks. We had bedding borders removed and replaced with weed membrane and decorative stones, artificial grass laid and new block pavers laid around the edges of the lawn. We would definitely recommend Titan to anyone.

Tom and Dan were an excellent team. Dan is an exceptionally hard worker and always a pleasure to have around. Tom was very pleasant and the team conducted themselves in a very respectful and professional manner. They were reliable, on time and open about timescales. Naturally the weather is an issue to contend with but where possible they tried their best to work through to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. Even after being paid they came to finish a few minor things which shows their integrity to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Tom and his team and would have no hesitation in using them again if needed.
