I called Prospark as they were recommended to us by friends who were impressed with their work and the professionalism alongside the quick response and timely work completed. I contacted prospark to change our existing fuseboards as we convert a garage. Prospark carried this out quickly and efficiently with communication being excellent through the process and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. Today we had Ian from Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors come to install extra plug sockets in our kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Ian was incredibly efficient and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving everything as he found it. His workmanship was absolutely beautiful—no cutting corners, just a dedication to doing the job right and to a very high standard. It was clear that Ian put a lot of care and attention into every detail, even being mindful of my husband, who was working from home. When it came time for noisier parts of the job, like drilling, he timed it thoughtfully to minimise disruption, which was much appreciated. Ian was also incredibly respectful of our home and made an effort to be friendly with our two rather large dogs, which was an added bonus! We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we've already booked him for another project in our home. Simon carried out a Full safety check of our property after we had moved in. He was on time, very friendly and Professional and kept us updated of his findings. Fantastic service by John, Geoff and team. They did a brilliant job under challenging circumstances (electrics not what we all expected when walls, ceilings and floors were exposed). We are delighted with the outcome which included spotlights throughout downstairs, new electrical points, hot water tap, kitchen appliances, extractor fans and new bathroom shaver points. We have just had a complete re wire. I would like to say how pleased and impressed we are with the job carried out by Jon,Geoff,Tom and Jamie. A complete re wire is not the best job to have done especially when living in the house at the time but the work was completed to the highest standard and within the time specified. Disruption was kept to a minimum and at the end of each day the work areas were left clean and tidy. We could not fault any of the work and would definitely highly recommend.

Excellent service. Had a shower fitted and some re-wiring. Richard discussed my options and gave a very reasonable quote for the work. His work was high quality, tidy and prompt. He was very personable and approachable throughout the completion of the work. I am very happy with the work and would certainly use JTR electrical again in the future.
