The electrician (Stef) the company send was excellent. He called straight away to assess the problem and gave straight advice over the telephone. When the problem was identified, he made sure the necessary replacement part was ordered straight away and got it installed immediately, which was Godsend given the streak of bad weather we are having. Communication was 5 stars, assistance 5 stars and services rendered was 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Dean very promptly attended my elderly father to identify why his fuse box was tripping. He was very friendly and professional and promptly identified the issue and made arrangements for the relevant contractor to attend and resolve the boiler issue. He went above and beyond to ensure Father heating was restored ahead of extreme freezing weather. Highly recommended.

Dean was very helpful and organised the installation of our new induction hob, which required a gas engineer and a carpenter as well as himself as the electrician on the same day. They did a very thorough job and Dean explained was being been done as the job progressed. All work was very neat and tidy as well.

Today we had Ian from Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors come to install extra plug sockets in our kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Ian was incredibly efficient and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving everything as he found it. I called Prospark as they were recommended to us by friends who were impressed with their work and the professionalism alongside the quick response and timely work completed. I contacted prospark to change our existing fuseboards as we convert a garage. Prospark carried this out quickly and efficiently with communication being excellent through the process and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. We have just had a complete re wire. I would like to say how pleased and impressed we are with the job carried out by Jon,Geoff,Tom and Jamie. A complete re wire is not the best job to have done especially when living in the house at the time but the work was completed to the highest standard and within the time specified. Disruption was kept to a minimum and at the end of each day the work areas were left clean and tidy. We could not fault any of the work and would definitely highly recommend.

Geoff & Co were professional & kept the area tidy & clean after they had completed works. Our initial date was changed due to another of their jobs running over, however, the comms were good & prompt & they worked extra hard to fit us in around this one to complete the works we had requested. I was given Moazzam’s number from a friend that highly recommended him. I had a problem where an electrical fault on my boiler kept causing it to cut out whenever the heating started. He managed to diagnose the problem quickly and repaired it so that everything was working without issues. What really stood out for me, was that he explained everything thoroughly with the issue and the steps he would take to remedy it. He even updated the settings so the heating works more efficiently.
