Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. Andy and his team carried out the work to a high standard, were punctual and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend or employ again in the future.

From design to install Josh was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough. Josh and team connected my garden office to the house mains electricity supply & ethernet point (some 30metres from the house). He installed several sockets within the garden room, a light track with spotlights, outdoor lights, a motion sensor activated flashlight and watertight outdoor plugs.

Dave and his team worked like troopers from the minute they arrived to leaving, often only stopping to drink a brew thrust upon them. Dave/Down 2 Earth electrical was absolutely brilliant! I honestly could not recommend him enough for any electrical work you need doing in your home. I had some outside lighting installed that has completely transformed my home. All my friends I’ve shown can’t believe the difference it has made. He initially came round and gave a really helpful consultation where I explained what I wanted, he gave lots of really useful advice on the kind of lighting I needed to achieve what I wanted and then on the day the work was done he completed the job to a high standard. The result is just perfect. Could not be happier, 100000/10.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work provided. After initial work I was pleased to employ Dave again and I will do so again when the need arises. What most impressed me was his attention to detail. My house was built with, what turned out to be, a bizarre wiring arrangement linking the downstairs and upstairs circuits. The system defied all logic but Dave would not be defeated. He spent several hours trying to identify the logic and consulted with other experts. Many would have given up but Dave persisted and eventually the problem was solved. At my request, he also came up with a number of creative solutions for lighting which is very sympathetic with the rest of my house design. I would strongly recommend Dave. Apart from his technical skills, he is very personable, trustworthy and reliable. He is also an excellent communicator.

Was ok done the 5 year electric test and had to move a plug , aside from being at the house most of the day the bloke was ok knew his stuff and cleared up his mess
