Jon and his partner were polite and friendly. I had four external lights replaced. The job was done in no time and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I found Prolectrical to provide an excellent service from first contact with their office, through to completion of the work - replacing a faulty down lighter in my hall. They clearly have a highly professional approach, transparent and straightforward pricing system and arrived exactly when they said they would. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and every trace of dust and debris cleared meticulously. I would certainly use them again and can recommend this company without reservation.

Sam and his fantastic team from Sure group did an amazing job installing my 2 air con units. They were so lovely, polite and professional at all times. It is always difficult having work done in your home but they made it as painless as they possibly could they even cleaned up after themselves. I Contacted SES electrical told them what i required spoke with Dylan who gave me dates and prices which i accepted. Arrived as planned we found him polite and helpful he did everything that we needed him to do, he cleaned up after he finished .we were happy with his work and would use his services again and would recommend him .

Dylan, responded quickly, assessed and did what needed doing, addressing things quickly and coming back when parts proved challenging to source. Lenny, his teammate, got on with things between Dylan’s visits. Job was completed in a few days and EICR certificate issued. Matt has done an extensive work in my house, replacing all wiring and relocation of the main distribution board. He also delivered the work in stages to work around us as we lived in the house being renovated. He is very flexible and in few instances recommended better solution even if it meant more work for him. He was able to make good in some installation areas so it removed requirement for painter decorator. He has attention to detail, good workmanship and genuinely cares for his customer. I can confidently recommend him to any homeowner or landlord.
