Steve worked at a property for us doing some extensive electrical work and we cannot fault his work, his attention to detail, and the very methodical way that he approached everything. He was punctual and very reliable in communicating before our job started.Steve works quietly and very calmly which made the process as stress free as it could possibly be . William gave us a very competitive price for the work, completed it to an exceptional standard within his stated timeframe, & actually came in under budget which we were amazed at! We had quite bad condensation on some windows and some mould growing on the frames, so looked for a PIV system installer. William replied quickly to my query, explained the best system to put in our loft was made by Envirovent. He and a colleague then efficiently did the work and left everything looking tidy. Can't speak more highly of Dave. Really friendly and will explain it all if you ask. We asked Dave to come round and review the wiring in our house and recommend what remedial work needed doing and he gave a very honest summation of what needed doing and didn't try to talk me in to any expensive unnecessary re-work. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

My grandmother’s house needed a complete re-wiring as the electrics had been condemned by the energy company. Carl provide an extremely reasonable quote. He automatically included multiple fire alarms and was happy to add as many sockets and switches as required. Once Carl started the work he found the house had many difficult hidden issues. However, even though the job took an extra 4 days due to these house issues, he honoured his quote and completed the job under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone looking for a good quality, reliable and honest electrician!
