I only contacted Darren because of the reviews I saw here and honestly he lived up to my expectations. He did an amazing job installing our 4 in 1 tap along with installing a new switch under the kitchen sink to accommodate. Darren was very considerate throughout ensuring that his work was going to be easily accessible for me going forward. He also assured me that if i ever have issues i can call him straight away and he will be back. Very neat finish, cleaned up after himself and even provided the necessary certificates for the electrical works. Definitely my new go to guy for anything plumbing and electrical.

We had an EICR done. They were very helpful and quick to reply when I was enquiring and arranging a time. They were very friendly and polite when they came. We needed to get a new fuse box and they managed to fit it in during the morning. Prices were very reasonable too. Recommend them 100%!!

I have struggled to get a good reliable Electrician, who doesn’t cost a fortune and ends up not fixing the issues with my electrics…… Well until I came across DOT Electrical. I had a few issues from my lights in various rooms strangely not working, CCTV to be installed and faulty sockets needing replacing. Sot was prompt and professional and always communicated with me. He was great at explaining why I had some issues with my lights and sockets. Also advised me of the best cost-efficient replacements. Very pleased and have recommend him to others. It is worth waiting for a goods trade’s person. Finding the wrong one can cost you more in money and time, I have definity learnt that ……. DOT is my go too for all my electrical jobs!!

I was shocked when I faced a £600 quote by an inspector who prepared an EICR for my flat. It seemed far too high. Stephen replied to my request for quote promptly and with a one-seventh of that figure he agreed to undertake the work! He accommodated the urgency I had to meet the deadline to fix the minor works. Professional, friendly and with great attention to detail. Job very well done. Did not charge extra even when it took longer than expected (because aligning the light perfectly took many adjustments). All work done to highest standard and certification provided. Dan carried out some extensive electrical works to our house, a full check of all electrics, a new fuse box and also supplied and fitted a PIV.
