Darren came highly recommended after I received a less than adequate assessment of the issues I had. He fitted me in late one evening as the problem was urgent. He was methodical and a clean worker, covering his shoes etc. Great customer follow up and professional reports and billing. I would not think about using anyone else now! Thank you Darren!

Darren removed 2 radiators for us in preparation for a wall coming down, and ran new pipework ready for our new radiator to be fitted in the future. He arrived on time and stayed late to make sure the heating came back on properly before he left. He also left the floorboards up where the new pipes had been run and came back a couple of days later to make sure there were no leaks and to check we were happy with everything. He took the time to explain everything he had done to us, was very polite, very tidy and very professional. Would 100% recommend (and have already recommended him to family and friends) plus we've already discussed and will be booking future works with Darren for later this year and probably next year too. I only contacted Darren because of the reviews I saw here and honestly he lived up to my expectations. He did an amazing job installing our 4 in 1 tap along with installing a new switch under the kitchen sink to accommodate. Darren was very considerate throughout ensuring that his work was going to be easily accessible for me going forward. He also assured me that if i ever have issues i can call him straight away and he will be back. Very neat finish, cleaned up after himself and even provided the necessary certificates for the electrical works. Definitely my new go to guy for anything plumbing and electrical.
