We had what to us was an emergency but was really quite a small problem - one of our smoke alarms decided to cut out and started beeping very loudly! It was however, very upsetting. We called Gary and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem within minutes; all for a very reasonable charge! He also gave us some basic advice about smoke alarms generally.
