We had Andy come today to fix an issue with our nest doorbell. Anark installed this 3 years ago (perfectly!) and we recently had a new door put in, which somehow got the wiring messed up. Andy immediately knew exactly how to fix the issue and had it sorted quickly. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable (something I remember from our initial meeting!) He also remembered our initial install, which made me feel like a valued customer. I could not recommend Andy enough for any nest related issues or installs! Also, Lisa, whom I corresponded with via email, was very friendly, quick to respond, and offered several convenient appointment times. Overall, 10/10!

Rare to find a company so professional, competitive, competent and friendly from start to finish. Was without heating due to a damaged thermostat during building works and contractor was being difficult. Enquired on a Sunday evening and had a price list same day, spoke to Mark about it the following morning and he had us back up and running with a replacement smart thermostat before lunchtime. I assume this was partly good fortune, but it was easy to make a decision as they were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to all the Anark team, highly recommend.

Andy, the engineer phoned ahead to provide estimated arrival time, was prompt and very friendly and helpful. Very glad to have a TADO. Andy returned to install a heater in my downstairs toilet. It's an electrical heater and not attached to my boiler but he managed to add it to my Tado app so I can control it in the same way and set a schedule and so on. It looks great - see pic and he managed to find one for me that matched the existing accessories. He contacted me before arrival and arrived when he said he would and completed the job without any damage to the walls so no making good required on my part. Very happy with this.
