Ross did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, taking the time to clearly explain all the options before the work began. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and again made sure I understood exactly what he needed to do. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Ross did a fantastic job doing some much needed maintenance in our flat, going above and beyond what I was expecting. Excellent communication throughout the process - the initial visit, quotation and even checked in after he had completed the works to make sure we were satisfied. Before the job took place, Ross texted me a diagram he had drawn of our boiler along with suggestions for improving it's reliability. For me, this clearly evidenced that he is meticulous and knows his trade inside out. We're doing some more projects around our flat and will 100% be hiring Ross again.

Ross is an excellent, knowledgeable and extremely competent electrician. He fixed some wiring issues in our bathroom and made sure it was safe and working correctly. He then diagnosed and fixed and underfloor heating problem we had and got it working. Such dedication meant he wouldn’t leave until it was fixed properly.
