Nick was the last in a line of three electricians we found to fit out our new extension. He was the only one that showed up when he said he would, delivered a cost estimate when he said he would that was clear and transparent. Nick did a superb job of the installation having advised us on the way about what would work and what wouldn’t, finished it on time and to budget and it all worked as specified. What more could you ask for? All done with commensurate professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Thank you Nick. A great job done by that increasingly rare of species; someone who cares about his customer.

Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. Would highly recommend and will 100% use Nick again for our electrical needs.

Nick is one of those rare "finds". One that you don't want to share with others - because he will get even more busy! Excellent, neat work undertaken at a fair price. Nick works hard and very efficiently. He is clean and tidy, and can be trusted to just get on with it. He has undertaken a variety of work for me, from basic external power points to new consumer units and circuits. This has included working out and expediting some complex runs in heavy duty cabling for a sauna and air conditioning system. Always a pleasure to have him here! Needed an electrician to resolve a problem that had been identified at previous landlord electrical safety check, resulting in disabling of some power outlets. Approached the contractor who did that check several times - no response. It also reminded me that, when the check was done, I had to chase to get the formal paperwork from him. Found Autumn Electrical through a review site - very different experience from the get-go. Seems like it is a family business. It runs very professionally and costs have been reasonable. Customer communications have been clear and timely, even when it required them to liaise with tenant. Work was done on time and tenant happy with end result. Very appreciative - would readily use them again when required.

Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time. We contacted Chris and he responded really quickly. He came out, diagnosed the fault and provided us with a quote to remedy the work that was both a practical fix and cost effective. He completed the work in good time without making any mess. He was really knowledgeable and had a common sense approach, which we've not had in previous electricians. Had a problem with my shower, M-Tech arrived within 24 hours and at the time specified. Marlon advised that it needed a new switch and the old one was quickly replaced. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly and exactly what was needed. The work was checked and a certificate issued and a warranty given. Excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased. Absolutely brilliant installation. Marlon was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Provided a new fuse box, external sockets and EV changer.
