Cooker switch fusing and burning on a Sunday. Quick call out and assessment. Choice of new switch, trip to Screwfix and solved in an hour. Great personable service 🙂
Stephen was so reassuring , kind and polite. He came to Lancing, West Sussex from Portsmouth very promptly. He was able to find out what had happened and correct the fault within the fuse box. He also showed us what to do if it happened again. He says that he enjoys his job because it is very rewarding to solve emergency situations. A pleasure to meet him. I have kept his details and would recommend him to anyone.

Came withing 30mintues we are in the countryside and not easy to find. They went over and beyond to solve the problems for us. We had a fault in our RCD as well as damaged tumble dryer. We had been stuck without power for 30 hours. No could solve the problem. Wish I had called sooner, I would highly recommend.
