Ricky was absolutely brilliant. Gave candid advice over the phone and some steps to see if we could isolate the problem without him coming over. Ultimately, it was an RCD replacement that he carried in the van. Very professional. No time wasted. He had shoe overalls as it was raining. Both his van and his uniform were spotless. His quote was perfectly fair and reasonable. I will definitely use and recommend his services again. There was a light not functioning outside, and he checked that out too separate to the initial job. And explained what was going on as he investigated and fixed.

Ricky visited my property to investigate an issue with the switch box that controls an Economy 7 water heater. He quickly identified the problem and rewired the box and it was later confirmed that the heater was functioning as normal. I would recommend him every time particularly since he charges a very reasonable rate for his work.
