Solar panels and batteries.......... What a great company. From initial contact and planning, utterly professional. Ben quite obviously sought to provide what was required rather than pushing for a bigger order, rare these days! Cracked on with the work. Super fast, very tidy and very conscientious. Price wise BB Electrical supplied a bigger system then others for similar money. Without a doubt I would have no hesitation about recommending this company. Deal with them, you won't be disappointed.

Employed BB Electrical to carry out a scheduled Electrical Inspection Condition Report for our warehouse unit @ Bournemouth Steel. The inspection and all remedial works were completed in good time, they were tidy, courteous and did an excellent job. New 3 phase consumer unit installed with galvanised containment and re-wiring where necessary. Would definitely recommend

We recently purchased a house which needed an inspection, and a few fixes. Steve and Matt have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work done, and always friendly and helpful. Very responsive, got back to us way before any other companies did, and when we had our inspection done, Steve went through it with us over the phone and explained what it all meant which was really appreciated. Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.

Terry did some work for us at our holiday cottage. We found him to be very accommodating and trustworthy, which was essential as he needed to be in the house alone. He also identified a fault on the electrical circuit he was originally working on and after being told that to find the fault could take anything from an hour to a day to find, we were worried about the bill we could potentially receive. The bill was very reasonable and this was another demonstration of how fair and trustworthy he is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

We had our car charger fitted by the owner of the company, John. I have to say it is not often I have work done and can find no fault with it, but the installation is excellent. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.

I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!
