I couldn't rate Duncan highly enough. He responded so quickly to my call and cleared a nasty blockage from my drains. Using skill and tenacity he unblocked the drains over the course of a few days and saved me a fortune on calling out a tanker, which most other companies would have recommended. A true professional who takes pride in his work. Drains look brand new.
Brilliant , Duncan is an excellent communicator , kept us informed on what needs to be done and came out quickly .
Duncan exceeded all expectations for an emergency call out today and on a Sunday. Although when we phoned he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere he kept us updated as to when he could attend our emergency. Although he was a good few miles away he came to us as soon as he could. We originally thought we had a pipe leak but Duncan very quickly established the leak was potentially coming from the roof area. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan
