I had an issue with my electric sockets in my house which happened over night and I was having an issue to find the cause/source for the problem. After long day at work it was challenge to get some one to come around to fix. I "googled" found this SES LTD. When called spoken to Jonathan who patiently listened to my story and explanation of events and what I tried so far. He kindly gave me some further guidance and advice what else to try and after 2 more calls over the next 20 min we found the cause. Jonathan does not know me and I didn't know him, however he treated me like he is just a friend who would happily to help out when needed. He didn't even ask for money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient. We recently purchased a house which needed an inspection, and a few fixes. Steve and Matt have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work done, and always friendly and helpful. Very responsive, got back to us way before any other companies did, and when we had our inspection done, Steve went through it with us over the phone and explained what it all meant which was really appreciated. Steve and Matt came recommended to me from a work mate who had them do some work for him. I contacted them and said I just bought a house and a new re-wire was a must. A full install and new fuse board were put in, all new sockets and switches etc, all done to a great spec, minimal disruption to the rest of the house, exactly how I wanted everything. Plus they were easy to deal with and speak to throughout the whole job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone now, very happy indeed :)

We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. I recently had to have my fuse box moved from up in the eaves to downstairs for safety and easier access. The lovely gents from Wessex Electrical came to do it. They were great. They kept me informed all the time, they were very polite and respectful of my home. Cleaned up any mess and basically did a fantastic job. It wasn't easy to move but they did it without complaining. Would definitely recommend Wessex Electricals, no job is too big or too small.

Job was done brilliantly, engineer showed up on time on the scheduled day, explained patiently what is going to be done and how long will it take. Very professional and polite, wonderful man! He took into consideration that english is not my first language and he made sure i understand him. We are very happy with the results. I'm very grateful for the preciseness of the job.
