After having bad experiences with dentists in the past I have become very nervous about going, but I registered with Downing Dental for necessary work to be done. What an amazing practice! The receptionists were lovely and I was treated by Dr Jami and nurse Emily who were both kind and understanding yet efficient, I was filled with confidence (although it took a while for the nervous shaking to stop). My tooth was taken out so quickly I couldn’t quite believe it! I can’t recommend Dr Jami and Downing Dental highly enough especially for a nervous patient.

The team at Downing Dental made me really welcome during what was a nervous time as someone who has never really loved the dentist experience! It was an easy going and relaxed setting with a team that are intent on helping you be seen to as quickly and as easy as possible. Lovely clean practice and waiting room.

Superb dental practice. As a new patient, my experience from start to finish has been exceptionally good. My first contact with the receptionist was excellent, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so simple and stress free. On meeting my new dentist and his nurse, they was so attentive, kind, gentle and thorough. Booking my next appointment couldn't have been simpler. Added to all of that, great parking right next to the practice. A well deserved 5 star rating from me!
