We can’t thank Abs and Mandy enough for their incredible treatment of our 3 year old son. After a front tooth impact caused 2 teeth to die and an abscess above a third, we consulted multiple NHS dentists who all recommended removal of all 3 teeth, under general anaesthetic. We decided to visit Abs and take another opinion - having assessed our son, he gave us so much time to talk through all of the options, answered the plethora of questions we had and pointed us to so many studies on the subject. Though no one in the NHS would recommend a single tooth removal to remedy the abscess, he discussed how this WAS possible without a general anaesthetic and how he would proceed. On the day, the care, time and incredible skill shown to our son was beyond anything we could have imagined - Abs took time again to answer our questions and, with the extraction, nothing was rushed and a huge calm was bought to our son (and ourselves!). We can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for our son, how he made him feel so relaxed and cared for, plus for demonstrating a treatment said to be not possible by all other dentists we spoke with - it is possible to extract a tooth, from a very young child, without the need of a general. All parents please, if you feel you need a second opinion, from someone who truly cares and is an expert on their field, we can’t recommend Abs enough.

As someone who has avoided going to the dentist for several years, Emily was reassuring and very patient with me and my phobia. I'm really happy with the fillings and crown I now have. I didn't sleep well before my first two appointments due to nerves but before my more recent appointments I've been calmer and much less nervous. Emily was understanding and listened to what I needed to reduce the nerves. I'll be having regular check ups now!

I am a regular at the dental practice, the staff are very friendly, patient and do a very good job, Deborah on reception is very welcoming and has always got a smile when you arrive. Vicky my hygienist is very good and explains everything she is doing while she is working. Highly recommended dental practice.

An unexpected visit due a broken tooth. First visit since the dentist I had been seeing for many years moved to a new role. I was as always made very welcome by staff and introduced to my new dentist Fatima who was wonderful. Really pleasant, putting me instantly at ease. Fully explained everything and carried out initial work. I have been with this practice for well over 15 years and received excellent service from all staff I have seen. Each and everyone makes you feel so welcome. Would fully recommend.

If I could give 12/10 I would. From the first visit for assessment through to fitting all round very good experience. Dentist, Nurses, and the reception team are all great. I'm not naming my dentist as that's unfair on the team. Very experienced dentist on the first visit came up with a couple of options in minutes, very confident and experienced. Well don't expect implants in 5 minutes, the implant needs to bond to the bone that's 4-6 months, my journey started in November 2023 and finished June 2024. Pain, no, none well in the chair, but the treatment itself will be sore, tender, some bruising and swelling, but that soon goes, my Moto short term uncomfortable long term gain. Thinking of implants come here first.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Came here when no other dentist said they could help. My teeth were pretty bad an crooked. Had invisalign an then whitening an bonding an the result an difference is life changing. Massive shout out to fatimah she is the best of the best an always goes out of her way to make you happy an answer any problems an is just so lovely. All the staff here are very very pleasant and professional. Melissa on reception is lovely also but they all are. Cannot say anything negative. I had to travel a good hour to get here and it was worth every minute . Keep doing what your doing everyone you make such a difference in people's confidence an life. Fatimah you work miracles that's all I can say an ill be forever grateful. Fabulous place.

We have been with University Dental Centre for over 20 years and have always received excellent care. Recently, my son's tooth filling came loose, and they were able to fit him into their tight schedule the same day I called. We're very grateful for their prompt service and attentive care.

I've been going to this dentist for almost a year now initially it was just to clean my teeth and do regular check ups and I was really happy with how kind everyone was and the quality of the treatments. After a while I wanted to do teeth whitening but didn't know anything about it or the process. I had a consultation with them and they ran through the treatment, cost and everything I needed to know. After a few weeks of using the gels my teeth were considerably whiter and I was receiving compliments from my family and friends on my smile. After a while they suggested I consider veneers for two pegs on the top of my teeth, they also do a monthly instalment and after a few weeks considering it I decided to do it and was very happy with the results. It looks very natural and matches my teeth perfectly and made me a lot more confident with my smile and was getting compliments from a lot of people shortly after getting it done. Would definitely recommend coming here everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional and I've never had any complaints with any of the treatments

We had a dental home visit for my invalid partner who needed the root of a broken tooth removed. Given her age and condition, I was very anxious. In fact, everything went completely smoothly. The dentist (& team) were good listeners, gave good clear answers with time to think. I said at the time how reassuring they had been from the very start - the risks were explained but in perspective. My partner was quite calm and cooperative - I had been worried that she might suffer from shock but she has been fine. Phew! What a relief!

I’ve had several treatments at The Dentist, Implants, Veneers, Emergency Centre, including wisdom tooth extraction, crowns, and fillings, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. The team is professional, caring, and ensures every visit is as comfortable as possible. Called up to see if taking on NHS patients for my daughter who hasn’t seen a dentist in a long time (she refused) they are, got in straight away and was seen the next Tuesday (she only does Tuesday) then have been seen the following 4 Tuesdays for work needing doing. All costs were explained beforehand (all NHS prices no shocks) The dentist is lovely and the room very clean and nice. I recommend if needing an NHS dentist (although perhaps I shouldn’t more people less appointments lol)

1st visit to the dentist surgery and greeted by lovely staff called Taylor and Ella. They were so friendly and professional. Definitely an asset to this practise. After being very immature and irresponsible with my dental hygiene in my younger years I finally decided to correct things and registered with Manor House dental a few years ago. Since then I’ve had fillings, root canal, extractions, teeth straightening and substantial dental implants. Whilst a time consuming process given my situation I am finally in the best dental position since my teenage years and couldn’t be happier. I feel better, I look better and don’t regret a single minute or penny spent. Thank you to all the staff involved in improving my life but special shout outs to Dr Farideh Farshad for all her hard work and expertise and to Jas ( hope I’ve spelt your name correctly ) for always being highly organised arranging future appointments ( with telephoned reminders ) and being friendly and welcoming on the front desk. Five stars for improving my health and life more than you probably realise. Highly recommended.

My dentist is so kind and explains everything beforehand. I’ve had some issues following an extraction but I’ve been able to get emergency same day appointments to address this. Nice comfy waiting room. Smooth radio to listen to. Friendly reception staff. I recommend this practice.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty for dental work. When I moved back to the West Midlands this year I rejoined the practice, even though I no longer live close to the practice. So, why only 4 stars? The website has pictures of people showing off their smiles. Alas, you will not be greeted by one at reception, as the receptionist is wearing a face mask. These devices present a threatening aspect, hinder communication & of course are useless for their intended purpose in this situation. To be clear, this does not apply in a clinical situation where dentists are perforce close to large droplets & aerosols, which may present a real risk.

Kirsty and her dental assistant is so kind and make me feel incredibly relaxed. I was so anxious about attending my appointment but I did not need to be concerned. I have been attending this dental practice for some time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reception staff are also very welcoming

The receptionists are most helpful and the dentist I am undertaking treatment with, Abu, is extremely professional and explains every procedure thoroughly. He makes the patient feel confident and relaxed and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my family or friends.

Attended an emergency appointment at Viva Dental in Cambridge with Dr Mannino. The staff were very professional, the surgery was super clean and modern. Dr Mannino was awesome and put me at ease keeping informed with everything he was doing. Couldn't recommend this surgery highly enough to the point I'm thinking about registering as a private patient.

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

I cannot praise Deborah Hurst enough. She was extremely professional, kind and friendly and immediately put me at ease. At every point she informed me about what she was doing and why and I felt that she genuinely cared. The dental nurses and reception staff are also very professional and helpful and provide an excellent service.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jay Sasdev was fantastic with my son, especially since it was his first time getting a filling. My son came out saying how amazing Dr. Jay was because he didn't feel a thing! A huge thank you to Dr. Jay and his dental nurse for making my son's first dental experience a comfortable and stress-free one. Highly recommend!

Went in with mind numbing toothache, came out with one less tooth, and no toothache. Costs explained upfront. Service was very very good. Haven’t used this practice before due to distance from home, but they offered emergency service. Very pleased and thank you.
