Great dentist and the most wonderful hygienist I’ve ever had! Everyone was so kind and friendly.
From a warm welcome on arrival at Reception, to calming, friendly and efficient treatment in the chair, our visit to the dentist was as pleasant as a dental visit could be!! Special mention to Dhimant and his nurse who made myself and two children feel relaxed and calm with their expertise. Thank you, and see you in 6 months!
Excellent service and quality dentistry, can't recommend this dentist highly enough, most of my local family members are registered here now. A friendly experienced surgery that's perfect for the nervous client which my wife is.
Absolutely brilliant dentist! I genuinely couldn't be happier. I am a very nervous patient and have been with them since Dr Fickert owned it (he was brilliant too!). Mr Patel is very patient with me and explains everything and gives me all the time I need. The hygienist is also understanding and only uses hand tools, although today it appeared that she seemed to believe I don't use interdental brushes, when I actually do because my gums bled when she cleaned my teeth... nothing to do with the fact that she kept catching my gums with the cleaning tools?
