On time, efficient check up, x rays and clean. The only thing that could be better is the car parking!!! Lovely reception staff, great dentist, easy to get an appointment. That good we drive an hour to visit this dentist!

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

My appointment was on time. The doctor was polite and caring. He explained everything to me in detail. Procedure was carried out in an empathetic manner. Well done. However, I would have given 5 stars if 1. Hand over the patient record to the patient either as hard copy or soft copy at the end of the appointment with details of main complaints, discussion on procedure, reasons to carry out the one which was completed, any x-ray pictures, medications, post procedure precautions etc 2. Always book a follow up appointment before patient leaves your centre. 3. Extraction is easy and money making for the centre too. However all options on preserving the tooth should also be "honestly" discussed with the patient.

Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

My mum recently saw Dr Kunal and Saniya for a filling and she had a great experience. She was really nervous going in, but they were so patient and understanding. They made her feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. If you're a nervous patient, I'd definitely recommend

Attended an emergency appointment at Viva Dental in Cambridge with Dr Mannino. The staff were very professional, the surgery was super clean and modern. Dr Mannino was awesome and put me at ease keeping informed with everything he was doing. Couldn't recommend this surgery highly enough to the point I'm thinking about registering as a private patient.

Everything about this place is excellent—from the staff and venue to the treatments, the entire service and experience. I had a root canal, which I was quite anxious about, but the team put me at ease, and the whole process went smoothly. Very ideal for those, like myself, who work in the City Centre. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Came here when no other dentist said they could help. My teeth were pretty bad an crooked. Had invisalign an then whitening an bonding an the result an difference is life changing. Massive shout out to fatimah she is the best of the best an always goes out of her way to make you happy an answer any problems an is just so lovely. All the staff here are very very pleasant and professional. Melissa on reception is lovely also but they all are. Cannot say anything negative. I had to travel a good hour to get here and it was worth every minute . Keep doing what your doing everyone you make such a difference in people's confidence an life. I put off going to the Dentist for over 10 years. The team here really made me wonder why I put it off for so long. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, putting you at ease as soon as you walk in. Dr Shravan has been fantastic. Thankfully I didn't actually need any serious work done, just a deep clean. He was caring but at the same time frank and honest. No trying to upsell fancy products just telling me what I needed to keep my teeth healthy. Whilst I may not ever look forward to a dentist appointment, the team here have made me feel comfortable enough to actually return and have my regular checkups!

If I could give 12/10 I would. From the first visit for assessment through to fitting all round very good experience. Dentist, Nurses, and the reception team are all great. I'm not naming my dentist as that's unfair on the team. Very experienced dentist on the first visit came up with a couple of options in minutes, very confident and experienced. Well don't expect implants in 5 minutes, the implant needs to bond to the bone that's 4-6 months, my journey started in November 2023 and finished June 2024. Pain, no, none well in the chair, but the treatment itself will be sore, tender, some bruising and swelling, but that soon goes, my Moto short term uncomfortable long term gain. Thinking of implants come here first.

My dentist Ahmad is the best dental surgeon I know there is nothing he does not know about dentistry and with his sidekick Ray who does all kinds of dentures and the staff who are really nice I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. You are reminded by text message of your appointment the day before but as I am a scatter brain I prefer a card on the day which staff are happy to give you as well as that important text message. Keep up the good work :-)

Brilliant service from start to finish. The receptionists were lovely and friendly. The Dentist and his assistant were perfect. They made my children feel so relaxed knowing it was their first time visiting a dentist. There was no judgment at all. Both the dentist, Dr Sreedevi Nair, and hygienist, Rafaela Simoneti, are calm, kind and sensitive. The reception staff are also efficient and friendly. I recommend this practice.

A really lovely surgery in my experience. My dentist is ever so patient with me and my phobia. He's incredibly supportive during appointments and follows up with referrals. He's thorough and I can't complain... My son and a few other people I know are registered there and they've all had excellent service over the years. I joined the surgery as emergency patient after my previous dentist really traumatised me and Dr B has been phenomenal with my treatment. And the other dentists my son and others have seen have been amazing. The only issue I've ever had was when I had an injury and took my son in and his appointment was upstairs, mine are always downstairs, and I had a crutch but like 3 people appeared to help and be there just in case of anything which was really sweet... there isn't a lift but there is a handrail... and they really do try to support and accommodate you. . .I'm sure if I had remembered that his appointment was upstairs and asked for one on a day when it could be downstairs they would have made the change but I wasn't used to asking for adjustments. But they're a great surgery. I get reminder calls, texts and emails like 48 hours before my appointments which is very helpful with my adhd.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the excellent dental care I have received from Edgbaston Dental Centre. I had mixed experiences with dentists before, so I was nervous when I went to the Centre. I have attended 3 times now, and each time I have received excellent dental treatment. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Jannat Mohammad as my dentist. She was very thorough in examining me and devising a treatment plan. The fillings she has done have relieved me of a lot of discomfort and pain. She has patiently answered all my queries and even called me back to explain things I was not clear about the first time. She is a gentle, compassionate, and excellent dentist. The reception staff (in particular, Azeem and Sharan) are very courteous, helpful and professional. They were very helpful when I requested my dental records from the first consultation. It has been a pleasure to interact with them. All in all, I am very happy with the Dental Centre. Given the variable quality of dentists out there, I feel very fortunate in receiving dental care from the Edgbaston Dental Centre. Dr. Ashok Patnaik
