First of all I would like to say I have an irrational phobia of dentist visits. The dentist I visited was called Jag. She immediately put me at ease with a calm professional approach. She explained everything well with patience and advised me without pressure. Polite and courteous and able to clearly explain any potential problems. I Had a filling done and did not feel any discomfort from the needle . Nothing was too much trouble for Jag even with a troublesome customer like Me ! She is truly a credit to the practice and this was possibly the best experience I have ever had of a dental visit . Thank you

Re: my first visit to this practice. Very nice and helpful receptionists at what appears to be a well-equipped and well-run practice. The dentist I saw seemed good at her job and gave good advice. I commend Dr Dehal on his practice and organisation. However, I would suggest that a clinician speaks to a client politely and with a smile, even if the client is a little late 😊 Dr. T. S. Juss

My dentist appears to have closed down without any notice, so I called this practice when my son was having pain in his tooth, I'm so glad I did being 16 they got him in & he had a really good experience. The dentist was very informative explaining everything in detail as he went along putting us at ease, the staff all seem lovely & the girls on reception very helpful & friendly which immediately puts you at ease

I always feared dentists from an early age. Dentistry has come long way since. Here at TDD&A, I receive a great service and the staff are very personable. I have a good rapport with my dentist Mr Samrai and his assistant Tracy. I can discuss my needs. Treatments received have been carried out to the highest standard. Thank you.

A great experience at the dentist today. Dr Darby is kind and reassuring. New hygienist Kelvin and assistant Zac gave my teeth the most thorough and pain-free scale and polish I've ever had! Thanks everyone at Titley, Darby, Dehal.
