Always a pleasure seeing the ladies of the practice. Always greet yo witha warm smile and are very helpful. Both Dentist and Hygienist are nice and informative. I do fear dentists as a result of incident when I was younge, but Tracey, the hygienist in particular is amazing and puts me at ease every time I see her. She has great tips on cruise holidays too 😊.

Very friendly atmosphere at this practice. The 2 lady’s that carried out the check up on my teeth were very polite and made my experience very comfortable. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea visiting the dentist but these staff members made me at ease and did it with a smile. 👌

I'm super anxious about dentist based on past experience but due to toothache I've had to force myself back to a dentist recently and west heath dental is where I've registered. Reception staff really friendly. Made dentist aware I was nervous when I walked in she was lovely and explained everything to me. Made a plan going forward and currently based on today I do feel at ease and not overly anxious about going back

First time seeing Yusuf after not seeing a dentist due to nerves and the rising costs! Was made to feel at ease when being checked over, very happy with this experience. Will definitely go back 😊
