Hi. Just like to point out that this dental practice is amazing. The receptionist are so welcoming & glad to answer any concerns you have. Very friendly staff. They take time & are very honest not like most practice that are glad to do any work without really thinking of the clients need, it's all about the money. Well these guys do care honest to the core. Thank you for the service you provided & making me comfortable. 10/10

This dentist has always been good to my family and receptionists are amazing and friendly. Always squeezing us in at short notice where needed and really caring.

They seems good and at the same time seems busy. It seems they have lots of patients. The last time I visited with my child; I was advised to call 111 because they got no space available to accommodate us. That doesn’t mean they were bad; it might be that they were overwhelmed with clients at the time of my visit. I have seen lots of patients with positive experiences from them which is an indication of good practice. Therefore, I commend them for their work; there has been backlog of patients since Covid.

Best dentist I have ever visited, I was seen as an emergency patient, the receptionist was absolutely amazing even went in to work early to fit me in as something changed from me making the call! The dental nurses are lovely! Even let me squeeze her hand! The dentist himself was superb, couldn’t fault the treatment at all! ( I’m a very nervous patient) when the world was trying to get bk to the norm after lockdown no other dentist was a help at all! But they did, (this has been a few years ago now) just wish I could get in as a permanent patient :(

This Dental Practice has always been great, but the first receptionist you meet is a bit sharp, not nice, you feel guilty for asking a question... but the second lady receptionist is lovely, with such a smile and willingness to help. I went this week for my 6 monthly check up, I normally see the man dentist upstairs, but this time, a change, I was met by Samantha, and the lady dentist Jo, downstairs, they were both great and lovely, very thorough with the examination and updating my records, Sam put me at ease (she was so bubbly, smiley and helpful) as I am quite a nervous patient, Jo explained everything, as I had a chipped tooth and had to have 2 x-rays, and we discussed extra cleaning etc, and they gave me a sample of an interdental brush and toothpaste.
