I have just had a fantastic appointment with Anthony. I’m not terrified of the dentist but am certainly not a lover of it. Anthony was very patient, administered the injection at a pace that meant there was absolutely no pain or even pressure/discomfort which I’ve never had with an injection before & explained everything he did, as he did it & the type of sensation I should expect so I was calm throughout. He is clearly an extremely skilled dentist but also has great personal skills & made me feel completely at ease. I am extremely grateful to always get 10/10 customer service at Lion Dental, & this is from all areas of the practice. The receptionists are able to laugh with me whilst my face is numb, the hygienists are very knowledgeable & share important information & advice, rather than just doing your routine clean & waving you off & I have always feel listened to during my cosmetic appointments for Invisalign & bonding. The centre is always immaculately clean, the drinks fridge always stocked & staff make the effort to remember you by face & chat to you. Being in the chair certainly isn’t my favourite place to be, but I feel very little nerves & anxiety now, knowing I will be looked after & be given an incredibly high level of care. The team genuinely make you feel like a VIP. Thank you! I’m so excited for my final smile results, ready for my wedding! 😍

Always a great service at lion dental, super helpful when needing to alter appointments, a warm welcome when you come into the clinic. Everyone is inviting and friendly. Very in-depth and informative appointments showing where you can improve and what signs to look out for in the future. Super clean and pleasing aesthetic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The very best dentist I have ever been to. All the staff are very welcoming. The surgery itself is very pleasant, rather like a spa! It’s also very relaxed and quiet. All the treatments are explained in great detail which is very helpful. There is never any pressure. 10/10 from me on all aspects !

I am finally only wearing my night time retainers it has seemed a long time to get to this stage nearly 18 months but it has all been well worth it. Lovely straight teeth at 65. Thought I might be too old to have this done but I am so glad I went through with it. All of the staff are lovely. Francesca is so reassuring and informative and has such a lovely nature.
