Originally went to the practice in 2014 and since spending more time in Wolverhampton have visited recently for a second opinion post wisdom tooth extraction after suffering with a lot of pain due to dry socket. Neel and his team have been great - highly recommended!

I’m so happy that I’ve come to Willows! Jas, Lucy and Paulina have been so friendly. My anxiety was through the roof at thought of going but the team were amazing with me throughout and so patient and caring.

I always wanted straight teeth and thought I’d left it too late. I became used to thinking about my teeth on photographs and preferred not to smile. I mentioned it to my dentist Jas whom I rate very highly and discussed my options with him. He helped set out a step by step plan for the application of invisible braces. Jas transformed my teeth, together with his assistant Lucy. I now have amazingly straight teeth and can’t stop smiling. I love arriving at Willows, it’s a calming setting, the staff on the front desk, Julie and Katie make you welcome from the onset. I highly recommend Jas who will continue to take care of my amazing teeth with regular check ups together with my hygienist Ellie. Thankyou to you all.

I saw Jas and Lucy recently for a wisdom tooth removal. I can't fault them at all. The procedure was smooth and quick, and more importantly, painless! They put my anxiety at ease and talked me through the process in as much (or as little) of the details as I needed. The aftercare information was very clear and useful, I've had minimal discomfort after the removal and been able to get on with my standard routine pretty quickly. Thanks a lot! So glad the abscess and tooth have gone!

Although I live right on the other side of Wolverhampton, this dental practice is well worth travelling the extra few miles for. treatment. There's a marked difference from other dentists I have visited in every aspect of the service provided by Dovedale. They are prompt, thorough, can't do enough to help put people at ease and are very, very welcoming. A special mention to dentist Sean Lowe, who is down-to-earth and completely professional, and Katie on reception for friendly, engaging coversation while you wait (which is never long). But all the staff here can be proud of the impeccable service they provide. It is greatly appreciated - thank you. Can't recommend Dovedale Dental Practice highly enough.

Mr Lowe and his team at Dovedale Dental Practice have been looking after my teeth for a good number of years. Yesterday I attended for an extraction. This was done in a matter of seconds by the supremely capable Mr Lowe and I was back home within ten minutes of my appointment time. So too was my appointment provided to me at short notice due to the severe pain that I was in. I felt such relief after the extraction and I was immediately free of the most horrendous toothache that I have ever experienced. I would thoroughly and most sincerely recommend Dovedale Dental Practice to anyone looking for a dentist who will crack on and get the job done. Thank you so much to all at the practice. Went into the surgery this morning Tuesday, the 20th of August 2024. I was having problems with toothache. Amanda immediately got me a cancellation appointment at 2 pm in the afternoon. Was seen by the dentist who sorted me out very professionally and quickly and put my mind at rest with all the problems that I had. Have been going to this Dentist for many years now, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience ever. Would recommend anyone to register here for your dental needs, all the staff are absolutely brilliant. keep up the good work!

Brilliant Dental Surgery with great staff. The Surgery is well presented and offers both private and NHS treatment. I was greeted by the dentist who was very informative. I didn’t feel though my appointment was rushed and the advice I was provided by the Dentist was valuable. In my life 40 year personal experience of visiting a dentist I have never been provided with such valuable information. Treatment plans of both private and NHS treatments are discussed so patients can plan their visits ahead. The surgery also provides cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery for anyone looking to join a surgery or looking for treatment.

Honestly if I could score more highly I would ! I have just completed my Invisalign journey with the amazing Pard and Shay. Not only do my teeth look INCREDIBLE but the kindness and patience that has been shown to me has been exceptional. I am a very VERY nervous patient but these 2 really made the difference. I recently had a fab experience at Crankhall Lane Dental Practice - I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming and the office itself is super clean and well-maintained. 100% recommend Crankhall Dental Practice. Went on 23rd January after being in pain never going to a dentist cause of being scared I need help with a tooth that was causing me pain and discomfort. I rang at 9am and spoke to such an amazing receptionist that listen to me even though I was in tears she got me in at 9:45. When I arrived the place was clean and the receptionists were so welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was advised to go upstairs. I was then called in for my appointment. The dentist unfortunately I can’t remember their names however they welcomed me they could see was really upset and nervous they reassured me. They did the usual checks and they asked if they could take some X-rays so they could see in my details. Had first they struggled to get a picture of the wisdom tooth that was causing the issue. However they tried again for me. We finally were able to get the picture. Because the tooth had such decay that someone with experience would need to take it out. I was in luck they found Mani who was off today but was there doing some work. He advised he could do it. They asked about appointments but I was in Luck he said he could do it now. I was still emotional and in tears but all three of them supported me and reassured me. Within 5 min my tooth was out and I was finally in a bit more I was given the tooth and all the information and could not thank them enough. I went back down stairs to settle my bill where the receptionist noticed I was shaking. She asked if I had eaten and I said no she told me to sit down and she would get me a glucose drink to bring my sugars up. Iv moved all my family to the practice. I can not thank them enough for the support they provided me. After having a fear the welcome you get is so amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist I would recommend this one. Thank you so much

Absolutely fantastic service. I understand why the dentists name is ‘magic Mo’. I was absolutely terrified going to a dentist but Mo and the team (Mel & May) did their utmost to put me at ease and keep me calm. One the whole, they are a solid 10 out of 10. I’m so pleased I chose to go to Walsall Wood Dentistry. Mo and the team are so friendly and they have a cracking sense of humour, which I feel has made the whole process easier and more comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others, and I would say if you are feeling reluctant to go to the dentist for whatever reason…… this is 100% the place to go. Literally helped me overcome my fear of the dentist within the first visit. The treatment received has been second to none. They do such a sterling job and you certainly leave with a smile. I haven't personally received treatment here but came as support for a very nervous friend and was so pleased with what I saw that I wanted to leave a review for this little gem of a place! My friend was so anxious we nearly didnt make it through the door but I was surprised by the fact that someone so worried was suddenly helped to feel at ease . I went with my friend a few times and was made to feel welcome each time, and was even included in the humour/jokes, which were top notch. As I've not personally received treatment I can only go off what my friend said after treatment, each session was completed quickly but in a caring and gentle manner. If I needed dental treatment I wouldn't hesitate to come here as the team are professional and friendly.... no wonder they call the dentist Magic Mo!

I have put off going to the dentist for years until i saw this dentist so i went to see what all the fuss was about. I was a shaking wreck when i got there but the magic that is mo soon put me at ease. His patience kind caring and thoughtful words was just excellent. Amazing dental practice receptionist/staff and Dr Indy were amazing and professional. Hadn’t gone to a dentist in years. Straight away I came in for the checkup went through what needed to be done today after the dental x-ray. Dr Indy went through the procedure in a straight to work manner focusing on what needed to done in this visit and what I need come in for in the late future. Kind, professional, clean! I was seen by Mr. Khalid and his assistant Ms. Ahmed who were very welcoming and kind. Mr. Khalid cleaned and polished my teeth and talked me through my dental plan going forward. The practice itself is lovely, everything is spotless and feels very professional and gives you a sense that you're in good hands (which you are!). Oddly enough, I look forward to coming back!
