Richard Cousley and his team are really professional and my son has had a problem free journey from start to finish with his Orthodontic treatment. His 10mm underbite has been corrected without surgery and his teeth look amazingly straight and aligned. The payment plan was explained fully at the beginning and so we were aware of costs upfront. Thank you.

Fantastic professional treatment. I have total confidence in Dr Zahid. I have had a revision root canal and crown. No pain at all, either during or after treatment. Would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr Zahid.

Worth more than 5*. I have recently moved to this surgery on reccomendation from a friend. I so wish I had moved years ago, every member of staff is superb along with their skill, care & knowledge. I will also add for similar work they were considerably cheaper than my previous dentist for a far superior pain free service.

So helpful with all of regular my appointments, but especially my recent teeth whitening experience. The manager was incredibly helpful arranging both my consultation and collection appointment. She really went above and beyond to fit me in so I could achieve my desired results before my birthday. I couldn’t be happier - I just wish I’d caught her name so I could thank her properly! Highly Recommended By chance I happened to mention to a friend that I was looking for a dentist, without any hesitation she recommended Paul at the Dental House. On my visits I have found all members of the team (I have met) to be professional, they make you feel very welcome. Paul is very reassuring, and explains his recommended treatment, I feel he gives a lot of thought to what is the correct treatment for every patient. Now having experienced treatment by Paul I have full confidence in him, I certainly will not be looking for another practice. My friend’s endorsement is without doubt true.

I can’t recommend Jignesh, his team and all of the staff at Smile Oralcare enough. I had a huge trauma with my front tooth resulting in its loss and I was recommended to go to him as I wasn’t registered with a practice. To say I’m not good with going to the dentist is an understatement. I just want to say that from the first moment of walking in, to the completion of this particular treatment, I have felt completely comfortable and non stressed. I have had some very invasive treatment but it was all done with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of consideration.

On Thursday 8th December I had my new composite bonding fitted to my top front teeth for the third time and I couldn't be happier with the results! Martin and the team always make me feel at home and my teeth have never looked better! Martin really looked after my teeth, making me feel at home, so much so I even fell asleep during the session! Martin has been the family dentist for the last 20 so years and I can speak on behalf of the whole family that we are always in safe hands. I would recommend Smile Oralcare to anyone and I look forward to my next check up!

My family have been coming to Sara for many years. I can’t fault her service. Sara makes you feel at ease and explains everything she is doing. My youngest son is autistic and her patience with him is amazing. Took a few years for him to get into the chair instead of on my lap at check ups. But finally my son trusted her enough to sit in the chair alone. Yay. Sara assistant is always very polite and does a great job. It’s nice to have dentist that remembers and knows all of your family. Sara always asks how the family are if they haven’t attended with me. 5 stars from us. Keep being amazing at what you do!!

Sara and the team are kind and friendly from the moment you walk in. Their approach is patient led - I felt in control and empowered in decision making during my consultation and treatment. During the treatment Sara kept checking I was comfortable, making adjustments if needed. She has restored my faith in dentists.

I had my first hygienist appointment today with Erum Khan. I am a nervous dental patient and she could not have been more reassuring and kind explaining everything she was doing, helping me relax (as did the dental nurse - Sam I think). It was a painless appointment and I felt 100% comfortable. She gave me great advice and I won’t dread the next appointment at all! Thank you Erum, you were lovely. I then saw my dentist Sara who is also very lovely, gives great advice and is reassuring and kind.

What a lovely friendly lady Sara is. I felt at ease instantly. She was very thorough and honest about my teeth and enquiries about teeth whitening. Her nurse assistant was also very nice and polite but obviously working in the background. Very happy with the service. Thank you.😀

Fascinating church directly connected to the amazing abbey ruins, with well laid out cemetery alongside. Limited parking alongside but worth the visit.

Awesome place. We went for communion but it was cancelled, not a problem. People are more important than meetings (the parable of the Good Samaritan).

Very kind man/keeper who at closing time, 16.00, still gave me the opportunity to visit the inside of the church. He knows a lot about the history and what happened to this once luxurious Abbey. If you want good photos outside, go early or very late in the day. The sun will be your friend. There are a few, think about 10, parking spots, next to this Abbey.

Very interesting old building. The guide we had was fantastic and very informative. The visitor information was great with a very useful interactive screen. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Abbey.

Ok, I don't like visiting the dentist...like most people! But I do like my dentist Fran Campbell. She is the consummate professional. Very down to earth and goes through all detail to make her patient feel confident in my experience. 157 should feel very proud of her skills overall!

Update 05.06.24 Having to have a couple more procedures, as anyone knows who has had some horrid experiences in the past, Fran, my dentist is on maternity leave so a little nervously, I went to see her husband Alan. I have to say! Having such a pairing in my dental practice is amazing!! Fran has "warned" him about me lol and I can't thank him enough for today. With Fran helping me so much with confidence level and now Alan continuing it is just wonderful! I thank you both! 157 Dental Group, beginning with Janet Taylor (retired) who I was with for thirty years plus, who picked up my shattered confidence from a childhood scary experience....to Fran who brought me back from a horrendous experience at a dental theatre and now Alan who has also increased my confidence level yet again!!... plus...not forgetting all the girls that greet us and the other dental surgeons and nurses! You reallydo care about your patients! Thank you!! Update 10.04.2024 After a horrid experience at a referral dental surgery last year where I was left with a strained mandibular ligament and severe bruising, in which one of the dental surgeons were dismissed from that surgical place...I was panicking somewhat to know I had to have a wisdom tooth out this year...so I persuaded my dentist, Fran Campbell, who I trust implicitly to see if she would take it out. After checking x-rays of the offending tooth...she agreed. I have been today to have it extracted and she has lifted my confidence back to where it was before my bad experience!! Fran? I can't thank you enough for today, your patients are your foremost concerned and it shows. You're a star! Thank you again. Val 😊 2023 Fran has been amazing, I can't thank her enough!

Sadly after many years my dentist retired but thankfully I was able to get a new NHS dentist. Sadly she left and I have had to cope with 1 loose upper crown and had to make my own dentures from two different pairs and a lot of plastic. I'm unable to eat in front of people as they are just for asthetics and fall out if I eat anything. Today a wonderful lady called Anna was so helpful and understanding, yes I still don't know when ill get any dentures as I'm on benefits but she put some faith back in me so i hope and pray ill be able to leave the house sometime this year if a NHS dentist arrives. Thankyou Anna for your kindness as my self worth is at an all time low so many thanks for keeping me on the books...

Alan is amazing, I have had a filling and scale today without numbing injections. I had no idea this was possible, I can't speak highly enough of him. Very informative throughout the whole process constantly checking on me to make sure pain levels were at a minimum. An absolute asset to the dental group
