What a lovely practice and team! Took my daughter for her orthodontic extractions. She was very apprehensive at first , but the dentist and nurse really put her to ease and everything went so smooth. It is always a pleasure to visit this Dental Practice. The Practice is very clean and hygienic, and waiting times for set appointment times are minimal. I am always greeted with a smile, and my particular Dentist, whom I have been with for 35 years has a great sense of humour, which really puts you at ease. All staff are pleasant and welcoming. The current Hygenist is exceptionally thorough and gentle. The practice has recently invested in technology to enable them to offer a superior service. I would highly recommend.

I came here for a root canal treatment on the recommendation of another dentist who said it was a particularly tricky one and he didn’t have the confidence to do it. The procedure was done by Mr Haffner very professionally and with good cheer too. That was five years ago and I have had no problems with the tooth since. I have been back for regular checkups since and would highly recommend this practice.

since I have found the bank dental practice all my pain disappear and also gave me confidence with a smile. I would definitely recommend and joined the bank dental practice as it will change your life and confidence to smile. Amazing stuff! Amazing dentist. I was recommended to The Bank Dental Practice by a friend and have never looked back. The attention and service I have received has been first class from receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists and dentist. They are always there to listen and help. Being someone who had been nervous in the dental chair, I am so much more relaxed - all down to their caring for expertise.

I came to smiles for dentures. I was so self conscious of my teeth and terrified of the dentist after a bad experience. The staff understood and explained everything that was going to happen clearly. My fear of the dentist has gone and now I have my dentures my self confidence has gone from 0 to 10. I can smile without being self conscious. I have been incredibly happy with the service I have received from Smiles Better and highly recommend them. I cannot recommend Oakley Dental enough. I had previously undergone some poor dental work and went to Oakley to help me rectify it. Adam and the team put a plan in place and to say I am delighted with the results would be an understatement. I have been a patient with Oakley Dental since September 2023. After years of issues with my teeth, I was very self conscious and unhappy. As such, I finally made the decision to have implants. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the work and the dedication and expertise of Adam and the whole team. Adam is a perfectionist and he was determined to get the smile I’d always wanted. The team were so attentive including Malika. It is no exaggeration to say that the results have changed my life and I no longer avoid smiling. Thanks again everyone 😊

I've been with Oakley for over a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I'd definitely consider myself a nervous patient but everyone at Oakley has been brilliant. I had multiple appointments to get work done under concious sedation with Adam last year, he made sure to explain everything in detail beforehand and made me feel at ease and listened to. I came to my first appointment extremely anxious, lots of tears and panic but thanks to Adam and the lovely staff at Oakley, by the final appointment I felt the most comfortable that I've ever felt coming in for an appointment, and my first time without crying! Recently I also had a dental hygiene appointment with Jaynisha and Chelsea who were both absolutely fabulous, they explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout, I felt safe and well looked after. Again, they made it as stress free as possible for a nervous patient like me. I truly cannot recommend Oakley dental enough! Everyone I've seen and spoke to there has been professional, kind and understanding. I no longer dread visits to the dentist which is something that I never thought would happen.

After going through at least 15 different dentists in Manchester I finally find someone that do the job properly. In the last few years I had extractions,root canals treatments,crowns and general maintenance with 100% satisfaction from my side, no pain even after the most complicated root canal treatement. I started going to this dentist practice a while ago as a very nervous patient. Dr Ashraf is so patient and caring and totally puts me at my ease everytime. He have had implants done here too and the whole process was simply amazing. I would highly recommend this surgery

I have been using the services of this surgery for nearly two years now, and am very impressed. The premises are clean and well maintained, and the reception is always friendly and efficient. I am rarely kept waiting for any appointments scheduled. The dentists and hygienists I have met have always been very good at dealing with my dental health, and equally take the time to explain why they are carrying out any treatment and what I can do to ensure I keep my teeth in good order. They offered understanding and empathy on my initial dealings with them and when starting treatment I honestly couldn't have asked for better care. Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.

First class treatment. I finished my course of Invisalign a few weeks back. Emma was brilliant from start to finish. Easy to book in for an initial consultation with clear guidance on next steps. The price was very reasonable compared to previous quotes in the Manchester area. I shall be sure to return for future cosmetic dental work. Highly recommend.

thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

Ilana and Klaudia took several months to create the perfect removable dentures to complement my own teeth. The attention to detail and care, has been outstanding, my self confidence and social interactions, eating and emotional well being has been restored. I got teeth whitening done by Dr Ben and it was a great experience. The reception staff are friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. Dr Ben came and greeted me and led me to the treatment room which made me feel more relaxed than a regular visit to the dentist where you’re called in. From there I found the rest of the appointment relaxed and Ben thoroughly explained the process. Overall a much nicer visit to the dentist than usual. Thanks

I couldn’t recommend Smile Stylist more! It’s a fantastic, personable and welcoming practice. Tom looked after me and my teeth for 2 years and I’m over the moon with the results. He is extremely thorough, kind and listens to any questions. I was also able to get fillings, cleans and whitening done as well as Invisalign. All was completed to an extremely high standard. Thanks so much to Tom, his team and also all the staff on reception.
