Just a brilliant practice. After struggling with my smile for years I decided to have a brace and new crown fitted and can't thank them enough for the difference it's made in my confidence (I've only had it on a week!). James took care of the crown for me which looks MUCH more natural than the last one and honestly didn't hurt at all (I was shocked!!), and Sarah had me in stitches whilst fitting my brace. I'm a nervous patient but everyone made me feel so comfortable, the whole team here are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Visited for the first time today to the Manchester branch. Felt really reassured and welcomed and was reminded about my appointment via text, email and a call the day before my appointment. Upon arrival I felt welcomed and informed of the process and filled out my medical questionnaires whilst being offered a bottle of water and a coffee. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Lauren who took care of me. Lauren explained everything to be prior to treatment and made me feel very comfortable and reassured during the time I spent with her. Overall very impressed and satisfied with everything. Highly recommend.

Front of house- Mia is so friendly which is so important when dealing with clients . That beautiful smile that greets you on arriving makes you feel so valued and cared for. Millie is the perfect dental nurse who always make time for a chat . Building those rapports ensures you feel welcome and puts you at ease. Exceptional from start to finish. Dr Phil put me at ease and made me put any previous 'dentist' anxiety I had historically had to bed almost from the moment I walked in, which is huge for me. He also has a health first approach before doing anything cosmetic, which was a breath of fresh air and helped me make long term decisions over short term 'vanity' ones, which is easy to fall into and may be the trap other practices take you down. The professionalism is second to none down to the finest details at The Mall. Marta is a huge credit to the practice and was very thorough with me every step of the way, as are all the staff, you can tell they love what they do and the vibe about the place is like nowhere else in the industry I have experienced. It is actually a dentist I look forward to visiting (never thought I'd be able to say that) and can't wait to be back for my next appointment for the next stages of my cosmetic treatments.
