On behalf of my mum Margaret and my sister we can't thank the staff at High Street Smiles enough. Mum had been frightened of the dentist and hadn't been for over fifty years but a broken front tooth ended that. From the receptionists to Tom the dentist they all showed so much kindness to mum and dealt with her problem with such skill. The follow up calls to check that she was doing ok were very much appreciated. Not only did they put mum at ease, they also put her family at ease when we saw how she was treated.We cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Thank you all.

I have had extensive work done with Dr Tom Charnock at High Street Smiles over the last month. I was nervous as he is not my "usual" dentist (who is also a HSS dentist and is brilliant) however the work required was Tom's area of expertise. I am absolutely over the moon with both the outcome and the entire experience. Tom was more than happy to accommodate my health needs and he and the entire staff st HSS have been brilliant throughout. There is a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere in the surgery and I genuinely felt that everyone was "rooting" for the best outcome. Thanks so much again Tom, Dr B and all the other staff for making this as trauma free an experience as possible

I have seen Daisy about 6 times now as I needed a lot of attention and various work done to my teeth. Daisy puts you at ease straight away and is so pleasant and reassuring throughout the treatment. I had porcelain veneers fitted by Tom, my whole experience has been amazing from the initial consultation through to completion. All the staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. Tom is truly a master of his trade, he's meticulous, caring and the end result is just wow. Absolutely recommend
