Great experience with The Tooth Artist last week. Dr. Zuhair Patel who looks after my teeth, again provided high standard treatment. It was my 3rd visit with him so far and i must say he is one of the best dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. Ever since I moved from another dental practice, he has fixed all dental issues I had. Also, he has given me great tips on maintaining good dental hygiene. His friendly and gentle approach removed all my worries and his professional hand, made my teeth feel painless. So if you have dental fears... is worth to visit Dr. ZUHAIR for sure!! Highly recommended through my own experience 👌

Best experience I’ve had! I had some attachments removed, a couple of fillings replaced, a whitening course and composite bonding done by Dr. Zuhair and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Hannah is an amazing dentist. She's really approachable, friendly and very informative during every visit. She is so gentle when performing dental surgery and always makes sure me and my son are ok before, during and after. Hannah is always so professional and has a great way of putting me and my son at ease when we visit for our appointments. Hannah works alongside dental nurses and reception staff who also do a fantastic job in making us feel comfortable and valued. A lovely team!

I had my appointment today with the Hygienist (Abigail) and Nurse (Rachel). They were both extremely nice and friendly. During my session I was given advice on how to clean my teeth in future, as well as being re-assured that my current techniques are working well too. I will be booking my next visit in 3 months time and will specifically ask for Abigail and Rachel. Always nice to have a calm experience as sessions at the dentist can be nerve-racking at times.

I had an excellent experience with Abigail, who is honestly the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how to care for my teeth. She was also so friendly and polite. Daniel was amazing with my daughter, keeping her entertained by making a balloon out of a glove she absolutely loved it! I visited Bupa Dental Care in Bolton on Dec. 4th as a new patient and let me tell you. It was the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. Everyone was incredible from the reception, to the dentist, and the hygienist. I'm not a fan of dentist offices for obvious reasons, but I felt comfortable and I felt that I had a thorough check up and cleaning. Dr. Patel was phenomenal! He explained everything he was testing and checking for, and we devised a proactive plan to tackle some old cavities. Him and Donna set the tone for the rest of my appointment. Then I was off to Hygienist, Abigail, alongside Rachel and let me tell you. It was quick, informative, and amazing. She gave me some tips on how to keep my teeth in pristine condition and more. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you are looking for a professional, clean, and friendly office for your dentistry needs, this is the place. I'm looking forward to introducing my son to them in a few weeks so that he too can experience a dental office that's amazing. It should start his journey off on a good foot, well into adulthood. Been using this dentist for a few years now and they’ve always been brilliant. My most recent visit was to see the hygienist Holly for a clean and permanent filling. Holly made the visit as pleasant as possible and had everything completed quickly. Very happy with the filling, nice and smooth and not getting any pain following having it done

I want to say a huge thank you to Uzair. As someone who really is afraid of the dentist, he made my visits so comfortable. My teeth really had deteriated and I knew I had to go see a dentist. He explained the process to get my teeth looking as good as they could be. Was realistic and honest, but above all showed such care with a patient who was at times very fearful. My dental care is ongoing but I'm so happy with everything he has done so far. Thankyou, for helping me smile again.

I have recently had 2 implants fitted by Mr Habibi. I have never felt in more capable hands! Mr Habibi always made me feel completely comfortable, with the absolute minimum of discomfort. He is always courteous, helpful and kept me completely informed about my course of treatment. The rest of the team at Cleggs Lane, both dental assistants and admin staff are also extremely helpful, I have had to request extra paperwork several times and this has always been supplied promptly. I can highly recommend Cleggs Dental Practice!

I wanted a dental implant but my usual dentist quoted me £2,700. I saw Cleggs lane advertised at £995 but was wary - how could there be such a price difference! Would it be a poorer service? After thinking about it for several weeks I booked an appointment. Mr Habibi proved to be be a lovely man who took time to understand what I wanted and to explain all the pros and cons. I never felt he was selling, only ever giving me facts. I decided to go ahead and a few months later am delighted. Every appointment was on time and the service from Mr Habibi and all his staff was spot on - just lovely and very professional people. So what was the difference between this practice and another I had an implant a few years ago? Well, there aren't any white leather sofas or a separate waiting area for private patients and it isn't in a city centre location - but I received exemplary service and a quality result. 100% recommendation from me.

I’ve just finished today my treatment to have an implant fitted with Mr Habibi. It’s taken just over 6 months and probably about 8 visits. I’m delighted. The only choice I’d had was denture or implant, and even though the cost of implants are very expensive I’m glad I chose an implant. I’ve paid in stages as I’ve visited and spread the cost over 6 months. Mr Habibi explains everything as it is and in 61 years is the best dentist I’ve visited, I’m more than happy with the end result and would return to him if I needed another implant or anything else under private treatment. I do have a different NHS dentist for check ups etc but would return to Mr Habibi for anything private even though the practise isn’t local to me.

I recently visited Synergy Dental in Bolton for a hygiene treatment and was extremely impressed with the service. Thanks to Dr Hawar Al Haddad and Claire the receptionist for their support when my dental splint fractured. Dr Al Haddad arranged for impressions to be made and sent the splint for repair. I was relieved when it was returned to me. I appreciate the perennial positive, calm attitude and efficiency of Claire, receptionist, whom I could observe handling many stressful and very demanding situations on the front line with professionalism. She had rude customers, on the phone, making unreasonable demands and she maintained her dignity and cool. I am aware that the receptionist and clinical dental staff sometimes work at the weekend and that reception staff have admin to do even on their time off unpaid. I don't think this is even known or appreciated by the public, many of whom access NHS dentistry at this practice at a low cost and behave as if they are entitled to it.

Reception staff are lovely and we always get a warm welcome. My daughter is absolutely petrified of going to the dentist but when she see her favourite receptionist she’s becomes more relaxed ☺️ I’m not mentioning any names this receptionist knows who she is❤️

This dental practice does wonders! I have been three times now. First for a check up, second for a filling which was done beautifully. And third for composite bonding to be done on two teeth. Sousan was my dentist and she did a great job on my bonding as well as my filling previously. She was patient and took her time to perfect my teeth. Although I left with some very sore gums, I am very happy with my smile.
