I have been going to the practice for over 40 years and found them to be very good and understanding as I am a nervous patient. The dentist Mr Shah explains everything very clearly and is very thorough. Gill the hygienist is also excellent and I cannot fault the service she and advice she gives me. The receptionist is lovely and the dentist’s assistants Gabby and Jazz are lovely. Gill’s assistant is also very good and understands my needs. I would recommend this dental practice.

I registered with this dental practice last year and the care I have had is amazing! I feel that I am getting the best possible treatment, the dentists are so thoughtful and planned my treatments in line with my financial ability. I had to have an emergency appointment and was treated immediately with the best care. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

The front-of-house team at this dental practice are wonderfully welcoming. Like many, I have a mild dental phobia (or what’s commonly referred to as being a nervous patient), but the front-of-house team always put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness. They never seem to forget a name or a face, which adds a personal touch that makes each visit feel more comfortable. Dr. Neehal and Dr. Arfeen are exceptional. Their bedside manner is fantastic, and they show genuine care and interest—not just in your teeth, but in you as a person. They always provide top-notch advice and explain everything clearly, so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. Even though I moved from Didsbury years ago, I still make the one-hour round trip for my hygiene appointments and check-ups. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been, thanks to the excellent care and guidance of this team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Huge thanks to everyone at the practice for all that you do!
