Great staff, very friendly and professional when dealing with me (a very nervous patient). Put alot of care into making me feel comfortable, receptionists are lovely, and there’s never a wait time when calling up.

Very friendly staff and always so helpful. Harry was really helpful and calm when dealing with my twin toddlers as they were scared. I have had nothing but good experiences with My Dentist and will continue any further treatment which I may need.

My routine inspection fell on day one in the new practice at Crown Point North. Also needed to discuss a broken tooth at the appointment. Bit of a queue when they opened but swiftly seen and follow up to fix my broken tooth made. 2 days later I’m back to have filling to broken tooth. Bit of a wait but only day 3 in new building. Dentist Noor very gentle as always and kept me informed throughout. Reception staff and dental assistants also lovely and professional. I’ve used the Hyde branch for years and always been well looked after, thank you.

I can't get over the level of professionalism from Dr.Bartlomiej Lang, he deserves a medal! I have never seen a dentist work like him, he talked me through absolutely everything, he demonstrated before actually doing his work, and explained possible complications and the steps to take if that was the case. He even told me how long he would take, not to mention that he was very easy going, and you felt completely at ease with him. I am one very happy chappy and can not recommended him highly enough. The reception staff are warm, friendly and helpful, they make you feel like you've known them for years. It's definitely a good practice to use all round, especially for us nervous ones!

I had to make a call to cancel an appointment, there was no waiting time whatsoever, very rare in this day and age when the standard initial greeting is usually “due to unprecedented circumstances our waiting times are longer than we would like, please be prepared to wait until a operator becomes available”, courteous staff always extremely helpful.
