Instead of simply scheduling another appointment, Dr. Merouane took the initiative to deal with everything right then and there. During my visit, he expertly handled a challenging tooth extraction that required significant skill and patience. Throughout this complex procedure, both Dr. Merouane and Jasmine showed exceptional care and attention to my comfort and well-being. They even noticed and fixed my receding gums issue, which troubled me for years, and which had been causing sensitivity and cosmetic concerns, without me having to ask. The level of compassion and professional care I received was truly outstanding. After multiple visits to other dentists with recurring issues, it was refreshing to find a dental team that addressed problems comprehensively and immediately. Just visited John and Leanne for last appointment to give me my perfect smile. The experience has been excellent from my first visit feeling extremely anxious and unhappy. They filled me with confidence and trust. I truly felt they went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the plan. John explained every step of the procedure which made me feel very relaxed. Both Leanne and John were very friendly whilst maintaining professionalism and I have never felt better cared for. They deserve 5 stars and more. 😊

My last two appointments have been with Louise. She is amazing, her communication is spot on, she explains everything carefully and kindly so you have absolute confidence in her plan. She is a real asset to the team at Poppies where I have always had great care.

I was going to change the dental practice to one closer to my address but Louise is the most amazing dentist I've ever met! I feel so well looked after by her and the team as well. Even receptionists are nice(!!!). I actually like going to the dentist...

Today my daughter Autumn (4 years old) had her very first appointment at Poppies, with the lovely Dee & Atia. They made her first experience, a positive one with their welcoming approach. Dee was very patient with Autumn, and even took the time to educate me on what things I could be doing more at home which I really appreciated. Even the receptionists were welcoming! Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks Poppies!
