I was quite anxious about going to the dentist but found a super friendly environment and reasonable prices. My life has changed for the better as my treatment progressed and I look forward to seeing my dentist at every appointment! Love you guys 💕

Such lovely people! I have always felt self conscious going to any dentist until I visited The Dental Sanctuary. Everyone made you feel welcome and it was a very relaxed setting. My dentist went into detail about the work I needed doing, which was very helpful as an anxious person. They both were so lovely and smiley people. It has been a great experience for me compared to other dentists I have visited!

I'm almost finished with my Invisalign treatment at Dental Sanctuary and I'm so happy! They are professional and friendly. The office is clean and has calming atmosphere. My dentist's attentiveness has been amazing. My smile has improved considerably. I've noticed the progress. Dental Sanctuary is exceptionally recommended for aligners and other dental needs.

I recently had teeth straightening (clear correct) at The Dental Sanctuary and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results! What a pleasant experience. The hygienist named Niamh was so considerate, lots of knowledge, her delivery was of a pristine level .. I thought I was seeing a hygienist but her quality of service supersedes the best dentist in the world. No pain experienced throughout the whole treatment unlike other dentist .. Highly recommended and most definitely will be back asap. The receptionist named Laura is also extremely helpful , understanding and literally deserves 2 promotions.

From the first appointment I had with Andre and Mia I felt welcomed and comfortable. If I could rate their service any higher I would, they’ve gone to lengths to ensure that everything has been the best that it could be for me. Exceptional from start to finish. Dr Phil put me at ease and made me put any previous 'dentist' anxiety I had historically had to bed almost from the moment I walked in, which is huge for me. He also has a health first approach before doing anything cosmetic, which was a breath of fresh air and helped me make long term decisions over short term 'vanity' ones, which is easy to fall into and may be the trap other practices take you down. The professionalism is second to none down to the finest details at The Mall. Marta is a huge credit to the practice and was very thorough with me every step of the way, as are all the staff, you can tell they love what they do and the vibe about the place is like nowhere else in the industry I have experienced. It is actually a dentist I look forward to visiting (never thought I'd be able to say that) and can't wait to be back for my next appointment for the next stages of my cosmetic treatments.

Just a brilliant practice. After struggling with my smile for years I decided to have a brace and new crown fitted and can't thank them enough for the difference it's made in my confidence (I've only had it on a week!). James took care of the crown for me which looks MUCH more natural than the last one and honestly didn't hurt at all (I was shocked!!), and Sarah had me in stitches whilst fitting my brace. I'm a nervous patient but everyone made me feel so comfortable, the whole team here are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had not visited in nearly 2 years so visiting today and meeting Louisa, who was very professional and clearly is passionate about orthodontics, made me feel calm and worry free, Pauline aided her with precision and really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my assessment. Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

Such a lovely dentist with lovely staff. They make you feel so at ease and explain everything very clearly. I never dread coming to the dentist. I usually see Tiphanie and Natalie who are both super friendly and super professional. Can’t recommend enough.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends

All the staff are lovely and caring. I see Roshni Patel and she is amazing! She always makes me feel at ease as she knows I’m quite a nervous patient.

I’ve been at this dentist now for quite a few years. I’ve always had a positive experience. Both dentists that I have had Rob and Roshni are lovely. And if you aren’t a fan of the dentist like me these 2 are great at making you feel comfortable in that seat. Highly recommend.

I am a person who afraid from toothache. I went to see Dr. Liu because of a cracked tooth. He recommended root canal treatment. He is so skilled and careful. I didn’t feel pain during the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone who is afraid of toothache.

Let me say I've been to many dentists over the years. Bu far the most professional and fantastic dentist I've seen. Visited several weeks ago for emergency, was given an appointment same day, then upon arrival I was seen with a few minutes. X ray completed, advice given, a course of antibiotics and I was on my way. Really take the stress away, from what can be stressful trying to get an appointment. Gartside street dental lounge have really helped me out in times of need! They really value their patients which is evident in the way they treat and communicate with their patients. The service you recieve is second to none and I can rely on them in times of need, without having to worry! Dr Batt is a part of our family. I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. 14th November 2024 Yet again had to ring to make an Emergency Appointment, they managed to get me in on the same day. Reception is superb and all the staff are polite and professional. Had an implant fitted with Kailesh. From the first appointment the service has been of the highest quality. After the consultation appointment he came in early so he could fit me in to start the work the next day, managed to make things as painless as possible and kept checking if I was OK as I'd mentioned I'm not good with anything medical especially needles for the anesthesia. I had a courtesy call from the practice the next day to check how I was after the procedure and the following sessions were all to an equally high standard. I couldn't get an implant on the NHS so I was planning on going back to my regular dentist as private dentists as a whole are so expensive but I'm strongly considering staying with Kiss Dental as everything has been so impressive throughout.

Great dental hygiene with the latest state of the art equipment. Alberto is a fantastic dentist, I am no longer as anxious around a deep hygiene and is keeping at bay ny gum disease. Friendly staff, clean and well looked after dental practice.
