So professional. Dr Charlesworth is so knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact that he spends time explaining exactly what needs to be done and why. I love his laid back approach as it puts me at ease.It's such a calming environment. Holly is such a friendly receptionist and I always thank Charlotte and Kara who are excellent dental nurses. Friendly, local, efficient, courteous and caring. They acknowledge the high cost of non-NHS dental care to the patient, and thus very welcomingly waive charges for quick emergency visits if those views subsequently result in chargeable work.
