Been with them all my life James Lee was my dentist who was brilliant and Stephanie Long took over from him when he left and equally as patient and a fab dentist, she's always had a caring and calm nature with me and my 4 kids, my daughter has been nervous recently and Steph has her feeling better about it (review by someone who is not afraid to admit I'm not a confident patient and will only see Steph, so I can not comment on the other dentists. However the team incl reception and nurses have always been amazing)

My experience with Cheadle Heath Dental Practice has always been extremely positive. I've been a patient for over 30 years, with fairly complex dental needs. I've found the staff, both clinical and non-clinical, unfailingly professional, friendly, caring and supportive. I feel it's vital that excellent practices such as this one that provides NHS services should survive and prosper whatever challenges the profession faces.

I've recently had a bridge fitted by Bernice and the service from start to finish has been fantastic. Which ever dentist or assistants I've had over the years, they have all been professional and polite. Alison on reception has been there longer than me which just shows you it's a great place to work. They are all a credit to Rupert and should be all proud of the hard work they do for us. What a fantastic practice! I am an NHS patient but have also had Invisalign and implants privately. All the staff are great, appointments are always on time and the prices are explained clearly. Rupert has really gone out of his way to ensure my treatment was carried out to the highest standard and to fit my schedule. Thanks to the whole team!
