Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

As a new patient to the practice my first impression was relaxing with efficiency. From reception to medical staff the air is calm and reassuring. After my initial check up, I needed a filling which was so quick and totally painless. Highly recommended. 👍

For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. Our family have used the Upton Dental practice for years now and would never move away from them. Its always spotless & friendly, today I was in early and away in good time with my tooth repaired. My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Wonderful first appointment! Ian was very gentle and really took time to explain everything. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 or so years due to a couple of bad experiences and Trigeminal Neuralgia and went on recommendation of a friend. I will definitely return!

I was recently introduced to Sturminster Dental Practice by a very good friend on mine John Durham, having been unhappy with the care I was receiving elsewhere. I have now had 3 visits to this practice and the care and attention has been excellent, it is not something I look forward too visiting a dentist but getting the service I have received has taken away any concerns

My visit to Sturminster Dental Care was excellent. Charming and helpful staff. The offices and consulting rooms were very well set up and the dentist Ian was charming and extremely professional. I'm glad I changed from my previous practice.

I cannot recommend Sara and the team highly enough! Since childhood, I’ve been unhappy with my overcrowded and discoloured teeth. Whenever I looked at photos, all I could focus on was my smile, especially as the crowding and twisting worsened in recent years. Thanks to Sara, that has completely changed—now my smile makes me happy! Sara has been incredibly professional throughout my Invisalign treatment, while also being warm and approachable. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that every step of the process was carefully tailored to my needs, including consideration of other medical conditions to ensure the best possible outcomes. What I appreciated most was how Sara approached my queries. She always took the time to listen and understand first, then explain or investigate thoroughly before offering reassurance. I am new to this practise, I so far have had 2 appointments with Elena, by far the best dentist I have had. I had to have root canal, Elena made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Also completely pain free. The two dental nurses that were assisting her were also very kind and welcoming. Id like to also add my very first visit walking into the practise there were 3 lovely smiley girls on reception. overall a very lovely professional friendly practise. Highly recommend. Sammie and Sophie came into our school to teach the children about oral health. They were engaging and the children thoroughly enjoyed the session. They had so many questions and were very keen to talk about the visit for the rest of the day. Would highly recommend!

What an outstanding clean and friendly practice!! This was my second visit and first treatment, I was so worried about having an extraction, a couple of fillings, and a scale and polish all in one sitting. I didn't feel any discomfort whatsoever. Everyone was so friendly, and lovely, and there was ample parking close by. Thank you so much see you again in 2 days time 😂😁

Marvellous, no need to worry we're in the best hands and they take great care of us. discussing any treatments necessary to keep your teeth and gums healthy, answering any questions in language we can all understand and best of all having a laugh with us while we are their. The Dentist is not the nicest place to visit but going to Bupa Dental Wimborne with the Receptionist, Hygienist, Dentist, Nurses they have is really easy and not at all stressful. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Wimborne Bupa is an excellent dental practice. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist that looks after me is Chris and he is superb. He has saved my teeth and is so understanding. I hate having my tongue touched but he has got me over this. He is thoroughly professional and a really decent bloke.

Fantastic practice. Chris is a brilliant dentist and really inspires confidence. He is extremely professional and caring and does everything to make you feel at ease whilst keeping you fully informed. The hygienists and nurses are also great and reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Special shout out also to hygienist Georgia. I was a really nervous dental patient before joining the practice and had some periodontal issues which have been managed and continue to be, really well. My 12 year old daughter is looked after equally well too. Can't recommend the practice highly enough. Thank you!

I'm a toothless dragon, called Ian who isn't the bravest when it comes to visiting the dentist. I have to say that I've never felt so at ease before. also as i sat in the dentist chair. From reception to treatment everyone was amazing. So professional is so many ways. I don't have much to say for once apart from thankyou !! toothless

Cannot recommend highly enough. A phobia of dental procedures had stopped me from going to a dentist before, I hadn’t been in at least 20 years, and was absolutely dreading my appointment. Dr Singh was so lovely and patient, explained everything really carefully and was so empathetic. I went to two appointments (for three filings in total and a clean) and it was all fine, totally painless. Dentist was so careful and attentive all through the procedure, constantly checking if I was feeling ok. Completely put my mind at ease and helped me to overcome my anxiety! All round fantastic service, professional, friendly and caring.

Excellent treatment. Even tho i struggle to pay. Theres always a way. The dentist was very lovely.
