My visit to Sturminster Dental Care was excellent. Charming and helpful staff. The offices and consulting rooms were very well set up and the dentist Ian was charming and extremely professional. I'm glad I changed from my previous practice.

Had to re-book at short notice and the whole process was simple and helpful Darren is amazing at putting me at ease and allowing me to stay calm and relaxed throughout

I was recently introduced to Sturminster Dental Practice by a very good friend on mine John Durham, having been unhappy with the care I was receiving elsewhere. I have now had 3 visits to this practice and the care and attention has been excellent, it is not something I look forward too visiting a dentist but getting the service I have received has taken away any concerns

Wonderful first appointment! Ian was very gentle and really took time to explain everything. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 or so years due to a couple of bad experiences and Trigeminal Neuralgia and went on recommendation of a friend. I will definitely return!

Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. All the staff were friendly, reassuring and professional and made me feel at ease completely with the treatment I required. My tooth extraction was painless and I felt well informed about the after care. I can't recommend Dorset Dental practice enough, from the experience I have had so far.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

I cannot recommend The Gentle Dentistry highly enough—they are, without question, the best dentists I've ever visited (and I've been to quite a few). As a very anxious patient with previous bad experiences, I thoroughly researched to find a trustworthy dentist for complex work. My search led me to The Gentle Dentistry. After reviewing their website, I decided to book a consultation. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a detailed treatment plan, with every aspect clearly explained. I required multiple appointments due to the complexity of the work, and each visit was reassuring, with the entire process clearly outlined. Meeting Dan and Ed for different treatments was a pleasure—they provided exceptional care. The assistants were fantastic, offering support throughout the entire process. When I first came to The Gentle Dentistry, I hated my smile and had severe trauma from past dental issues and bad experiences. Now, I have a smile I'm proud of and much less fear of dental work. I highly recommend Dan, Ed, and The Gentle Dentistry for their meticulous attention to detail and outstanding work. I experienced no pain during any treatment, and even the injections, which I usually dread, were barely noticeable. Yesterday I needed emergency treatment for a tooth infection. Gentle Dentistry gave me an immediate appointment I was treated by Ed who was absolutely amazing professional and made me feel at ease. I have been coming to Gentle Dentistry for a few years now and I’m always impressed by their professionalism, warmth and friendliness every time. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Varun Barath last week and I must say, he is truly an outstanding dentist. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dr. Barath took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, outlining both the negatives and positives so that I could make an informed decision about my aching tooth. He never rushed me or pressured me in any way, which I greatly appreciated. The extraction itself was done with precision and care, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Varun Barath to anyone in need of dental care. He is truly a top-notch professional.

I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. All the people who work there are very friendly, completely professional and nothing is too much trouble. They don’t “rush” or “pressurise” you into anything. I highly recommend them.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

This practice models the utmost professionalism with a warm, empathetic and considered attitude to patients. Going to the dentist is not something anyone particularly looks forward to but this excellent team make it all very palatable and with positive results.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. My daughter and I had our first appointment at Cornmarket Dental yesterday. The receptionist was friendly, the waiting area pleasant, our appointment started on time. My daughter was very anxious and the dentist and assistant were friendly towards her. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to explain. Absolutely recommend!

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.
