My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

I would like to say a big thank you to Josh and his team for their kindness and patience with fitting my Implants. I was really scared at the beginning of this procedure, but I have got to say it was worth it. I have my smile back and I can eat foods I could not eat for several years. Thank you. I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

During a recent visit to the area, I received urgent dental advice from Dr. Amit, whose kindness and professionalism were exceptional. The Alaska House Dental Team provided such outstanding service that I would join this practice without hesitation if I lived in Blandford Forum.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

This practice models the utmost professionalism with a warm, empathetic and considered attitude to patients. Going to the dentist is not something anyone particularly looks forward to but this excellent team make it all very palatable and with positive results.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I was fortunate to find this practice after my previous dentist retired. They are welcoming and friendly from the start. Their communication is excellent making use of x-rays and pictures to explain what's required and what the options are. I always feel comfortable in the hands of this very skilful team.

Corina has been looking after my teeth for several years and I have always been impressed with her friendly attitude and professionalism. I also like the way she seeks to pre-empt issues by identifying potential problems before they escalate. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Corina is a really good dentist. She has always been careful to ensure my husband and I understand why some work needs doing. Her prices are low to medium 'private'. During a period of 3 years she has changed both our sets of gnashers from 'showing their age (a lot)' into very strong and stable. Her Dental nurse Aneta is very calm and capable. Thoroughly recommended..

I am a terrible patient,absolutely terrified and have many crowns and fillings. I have been a patient here for about thirty years! But Corina and Aneta have been so kind to me. In January during a check up Corina found nodules in my neck.Corina referred me to Dorchester hospital and it was found that I had Thyroid cancer, I think Corina may have saved my life and I am eternally thankful. First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic!
