I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

My treatment at South Coast was excellent from my initial appointment where EVERYTHING was explained to me, to my final check up. Faultless service and lovely friendly staff. Would recommend them to my family and friends, especially Josh and his team.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I had an exceptional experience today. Naomi and her wonderful assistant demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Remarkably, at 43 years old, I even learned the proper technique for brushing my teeth.

I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

Highly rate this practice! I had a one off appointment to fix a broken tooth. I was fitted in the next day! I saw Dr Edwardo whom was very friendly and informative. I hate dentists generally but was made to feel at ease. My front tooth was repaired by hand with composite filling. The result was astonishing! Can't even tell it was broken. Amazing skills! Thank you so much. I would most def go back.

I came here sent by an NHS emergency with an infection in one of my back teeth I was in agony and very swollen. I saw Ella and Tia, They first sent me away with antibiotics and to come back to have the tooth removed. When I came back Ella said the tooth could be saved and asked if I would prefer to have a root canal. After the first procedure I was so shocked how much better my face felt and realised I’d been in pain for a long time. I went back for the second procedure today and again very happy with the result. I thought Ella and Tia went above and beyond considering it’s not even my official dentist. They could have easily removed the teeth for a fraction of the time but instead fixed my tooth and I am so happy they did. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and will definitely be joining! Thank you both

As new patient ,I am very happy with every aspect of my first appointment. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming and booking appointments easy. The first appointment with my dentist was very thorough and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend the practice.

Copper Beach Clinic, is a friendly, professional and calm place to visit. The team there is fantastic, from the moment you enter, you can see they take an immense pride in what they do. Mark the hygienist is excellent. I had a mouth problem causing me a lot of pain. The pain seemed to relate to the gums rather than the teeth. I visited the dentist who poked and prodded all the teeth and checked the bite and checked for pain with a cold material. None of the teeth caused pain, it was general pain which I believed related to gums. As I was in constant pain which was keeping me awake the dentist prescribed anti biotic. The mouth improved some but was still uncomfortable. One week later I visited Mark. Within seconds he identified the problem. There was an area of gum which had trapped food. He cleaned out the debris and it immediately felt more comfortable and has remained so. He showed me how to clean that area which was not helped by normal brushing. Thank you Mark I will miss you.

Always excellent . Polite receptionists and appointments easily booked. The dentist and dental nurse were thorough and great with me as a nervous patient. I was horrified to hear that patients have been abusive to the staff here - we are lucky to have an NHS dentist .

I have seen Ash a few times now and she always puts me at ease and explains everything to me. As a nervous patient she has made me feel happier about coming to the dentist. Highly recommend and hope she stays for a very long time. Kind regards David Sams.

Although the dentists change every time I attend, I can say that each one has been excellent. At my my recent check up, the dentist took x-rays and descaled, all included in the price of a check up

Came here today with my 7yr old grandaughter who needed 2 teeth extracted . Think that i was more nervous than her . The staff are very friendly and in particular the assistant was absolutely amazing very caring and understanding so thankyou very much from the both of us .

I'm a toothless dragon, called Ian who isn't the bravest when it comes to visiting the dentist. I have to say that I've never felt so at ease before. also as i sat in the dentist chair. From reception to treatment everyone was amazing. So professional is so many ways. I don't have much to say for once apart from thankyou !! toothless
