I moved to Hive Cleaning nearly a year ago for our London premises, and it has been great working with them. Our site is a bit unusual as it is large and irregularly used after the pandemic, and their flexible approach to how the onsite team works with empowering employees to make decisions with flowchart guidance, has made a real difference and adds value for money.

Hive are a very good company to work with. Colleagues, Supervisors and Managers are always friendly and helpful. Their training program is free and inclusive. Wages are good and there are never problems with being paid.
Started using Hive after working with another major cleaning company for our central London office and being severely disappointed.
I cannot recommend them enough! Their communication levels are incredible, the staff are flexible to our building needs and most importantly, they deliver a fantastic clean. We reached out to them due to their commitment to ethical values that mirrored our own brand values and from the beginning Louis, Lorna and Anita have been fantastic to work with. The change in the cleanliness levels was noticeable overnight and they now have taken over the contract for another of our spaces.
