Really professional service with great results, I wasn’t expecting the pile on old carpet to come up half as well as it did and a lingering cat smell from previous owners was instantly cleared. Julian is a man who takes pride in doing a fantastic job and it shows. Would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into a new home with carpets that were in terrible condition—filthy and covered in stains, been there for years. Honestly, I thought they needed to be replaced, but I decided to give Luxury Clean a try to see if they could make them livable in the meantime. I'm so glad I made the call! The carpets look like they've been brought back to life. Julz was incredibly friendly and reassured me that he could work his magic in the whole flat, and he absolutely did! I have been using Alrick and his team at Neat and Tidy Co for many years now and they never ever disappoint. The work is always careful, thorough and looks fantastic once complete. Alorik has been cleaning for us for over 2 years. He consistently arrives on time, has never missed an appointment , is thorough, conscientious and always has a smile and a positive attitude. Moved into a new property that had unfortunately been left in quite a state. It would have taken my partner and I ages to sort it out ourselves before moving our stuff in properly. Fortunately, Merry Maids were most helpful. I phoned on the Wednesday afternoon and on Friday morning had two experienced and professional cleaners in the flat. They cleaned thoroughly and non-stop for over three hours. We were delighted with the results! Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service from the minute I got in touch with Merry Maids. The girls who came and did a clean for me were so so lovely, professional and kind. They did a sterling job and left my home so clean. Love that they bring their own equipment too as I know the home gets a thorough once-over.
