Excellent service at all levels. As a long time client, and having previously used many other domestic cleaning agencies , I can wholeheartedly say Maid of London have always provided us with the most reliable, experienced and efficient cleaners! From high level cleaning to polishing silver, to delicate washing, ironing, grocery shopping and many other chores - nothing is too much for my cleaning lady. Always, happy to help and great attitude which you sadly don’t always find these days. Their office team is friendly, well organised too and accommodating at short notices.

I cannot speak highly enough of Maid of London, and Jai. I have been a customer for almost 7 years now and they never disappoint. Excellent customer service, good response from the team and the staff and cleaners are trained to meet high standards. Our housekeeper has been very trustworthy and professional, always paying attention to detail. On the rare occasion that an issue was raised, we have found that things can be discussed and communicated efficiently with a positive approach from the team. We’ve had nothing but positive experience using this agency. I found Maid of London on Google and decided to hire their housekeeping services based on their reviews! Our housekeeper whos been with us since late 2018 is absolutely fantastic – she’s very thorough and hardworking, shes got the keys to our home, we trust her and depend on her! A really nice person to have around the house… the kids love her. Their customer service is very good and helpful – I am in direct contact (via mobile) with our account manager. Our housekeeper is usually away during the summer and the agency arranges replacement cleaner to cover, who has been equally nice and delivered an amazing service. Great experience, yes I recommend using them!

Maid of London have provided excellent services to me over the years. Communication has always been easy and any questions, concerns or alterations to scheduling dealt with swiftly. The cleaners provided to me were also excellent, never any issues and always left my place looking immaculate.
